Today, I share a powerful breakthrough I had over dinner with friends—one that finally gave me the words and the permission to fully embrace who I truly am: a Renaissance Woman.
Society celebrates the “Renaissance Man”—a man who is passionate, skilled, and knowledgeable in multiple areas—but rarely offers the same recognition to multi-passionate women. Instead, women who explore many interests are often labeled as “unfocused” or “all over the place.” This realization hit me hard, because for years, I had internalized this subtle shaming and questioned myself. Why can’t I just pick one thing and stick with it?
But here’s what I’ve now come to fully own: I am a Renaissance Woman. And maybe you are, too.
In this short episode, I invite you to stop questioning yourself and instead, fully embrace your multi-passionate nature. Because your unique brilliance is not in being just one thing—it’s in being everything you are meant to be.
Key Highlights:
🔹 Why Society Celebrates Multi-Passionate Men (But Not Women)
🔹 The Hidden Shame of Being Multi-Passionate
🔹 Why Your Many Passions Are Your Superpower
