Some men start with a cup of strong coffee in the morning while others grab a little hair of the dog. When you're a cop in Dice City, it really doesn't matter which one you choose, as long as you're alert enough to look out for danger around every corner. There are very few people who actually get their pensions in Dice City. Why? Because the mafia and the rain have something in common. They wash everything away.
