In this episode of The Faith & Aloha Show, I’m opening up about my own recent experiences with unexpected anger and emotional reactions — and how God has been gently inviting me to look deeper.
Inspired by an email I received at just the right moment, I realized that these emotional “flare-ups” aren’t always failures… they’re signals. God doesn’t expose our raw places to shame us, but to heal us.
We’ll explore scriptures like Psalm 139:23–24 and Proverbs 4:23, and talk about how to start bringing those hidden hurts to God instead of burying them.
This is a gentle, real invitation to look within — and begin a deeper journey of healing with Him.
