She created her business "Stiff To Fit" to address the physical needs of older adults and also published her book "Mind Your Movement: Six Essential Physical and Mental Tools To Stay Active As You Age" to reach a broader audience. In her personal life, Laura loves to work out, travel, read and enjoy a cup of green tea. She lives in the metro DC area.
