It's been an amazing season forme interviewing so many of you
men who honor God in the way youlove your wives, your kids, the
way you do business.
It's been such a blessing forme.
God's been leading our team,been calling us deeper into the
word, being able to focus on whoand how of the breath of what

we've been called to do.
He wants us to reach morefathers, because dads are under
attack today.
Dads are being demonized atevery corner.
They're not only calleddeadbeat, but they're called a
lot of things.
I think the devil's doingeverything he can to marginalize

(00:49):
you away from your children sothat he could name your kids.
He could transfer his falseidentities on them and turn them
into prisoners.
But what's God's answer?
Great Fathers.
So, starting this month, we aregoing to change the name of our

podcast from man of Honorpodcast to the Father Difference
podcast.
Let me explain.
You know it's kind of like Godis asking me to call a huddle
again, like I did in the NFL, asa center around fathers, young
and old, and men who still wantto encounter God, the Father

(01:33):
themselves.
Did you know that God has adream for fathers?
For you.
You know why?
Because God wants to bless yourlife so much that his blessing
goes right to your kids so theycan live out God's amazing call

(01:54):
in their own lives.
It only takes one loving fatherto change the course of a whole
family for generations, but italso takes one perfectly
heavenly fathers to begin thatprocess in us and teaches how to
be those kind of fathers.
God and Father send his onlyson to reveal his love and

(02:18):
forgiveness so that we could besaved and ultimately fathered by
him too.
He promises us in 2ndCorinthians 618, I will be a
father to you and you will be mysons and daughters, says the
Lord.
God Almighty Gosh, that verserocked me when I read it.

(02:39):
Imagine the life you could liveby having a father who has no
limitations, who wants to blessyou as a son or a daughter,
that's listening with everyblessing he has.
That's what God, the Father,wants to do in your life,

(03:03):
because something profound getshealed in us when we learn to
receive God's miraculous gift ofsonship.
I get to wake up every daybecause of that difference he
made in me, just getting to bethe son of the most amazing
father there is.
You all know I lost my fatherbefore I was born, and my

(03:25):
stepfather stepped in and didthe best he could, but he wasn't
God the Father.
So I've had three dads Ed Tandy, dan McGlasson and now God the
Father.
See, that's a father difference.

(03:45):
God the Father makes adifference in our life through a
son, jesus, so that we can makea difference as a father in the
life of our children.
That's what our new podcast isgoing to focus on, and would you
do me a favor and share thispodcast with every friend?
You know guys who still achebecause of the lack of a father,

because when a man learns toconnect a God to Father, like
Jesus did in his life, he'snever the same.
As a matter of fact.
Our focus is also on moms, whowant the birth dads or the
fathers to be in the life oftheir kids too, because they see

it first hand as a single mom.
They see it when you are toobusy and don't have much left to
give to your kids.
That's going to change, becauseGod's doing something in you.
He's doing something in me, andI pray for you, my friend, and

those who are listening andwatching that you would receive
all the blessing you need inyour life so that you can turn
God's blessing on you towardsyour children, so they can live
the life God has made them forFather.
I pray that you would use themto bring the father difference

to their family and then thefriends they know who are still
waiting for the look from theirdad that they'll probably never
get.
So, lord, I pray you'd blesshim in Jesus name.
