Tresaca Hamilton who is the founder and CEO of The Sid Center, a behavioral health company specializing in holistic mental health and wellness programs for Black males' mind, body, and spirit. The Sid Center's premier program the Black Men Healing Circle focuses on providing Black men internationally with a safe space to receive healing, inspiration and self-care. She tells us how a holistic mental health and wellness program can and should work together with your physician and your therapists. The center also offers an intensive behavior intervention program called Hope 180 that is designed to dismantle the School to Prison Pipeline for Black boys.
