A family from California in inherits a house in Norway and moves in to furnish up the place, but encounter a presence in the barn.
There's Something in the Barn is a horror comedy that has a similar feel to Gremlins, but stands on its own as a charming film with some laughs, but also with a few gory kills. While there are inconsistencies in the movie, Martin Starr and the supporting cast maintain the laughs throughout and make the film an entertaining Christmas movie.
