While celebrating a birthday, a group of friends unknowlingly release a curse long instilled in a myserious deck of tarot cards. Following their readings, the group begin to die off one-by-one as fate would have it in accordance with their readings.
Tarot is a teen slasher horror movie released in 2024 that feels very similar to the Final Destination films, but with tarot card readings. With a very familiar concept, fate takes the friend group one-by-one as the group continues to make the worst mistakes ignoring the very clear pathway to death as identified in their tarot car readings. The film doesn't feel original, the kills are weak, and although the visuals at times are well done, the buildup to the kills is poorly executed. Watch the movie and catch our review.
