Prosecutors claim they foundhandwritten notes and calendars

The judge even ordered theprosecutors to delete the photos
of those documents for now.

for protecting inmates' writingsintended for legal defense

The judge appeared receptive tothis argument which is scary

case before the next hearing.

detention, gps monitoring and noaccess to private planes.
