It's a wonderful invitation toa personal encounter with God.
That phrase pure in heart comesstraight from the Greek words

Think of it like being washedclean of dirt or stains, like
being washed clean of dirt orstains, living free from
impurity or deceit.
Spiritually, it's about beingfree from sin, from corruption.
It's about having genuineintegrity and sincerity deep
down on the inside of us.
And then there's kadia, whichmeans heart, but not just our

In Greek, kadia refers to thecore of who we are, our thoughts
, our desires, our intentionsand the moral compass that
guides us.
It's the seat of our emotionsand moral inclinations.
So, when we put these wordstogether pure in heart.

It's about the inner life.
It's about having motives,desires and thoughts that are
honest, sincere and aligned withGod's holiness.
It's about cultivatingintegrity and sincerity inwardly
, not just an outward appearance.
And because of that innerpurity, because our hearts are

genuine and free from sin, weget to see God.
That means we truly know him,experience his presence in a
deep and personal way.
The good news is that Jesusprovides that pathway to purity
of heart.
It's not trying in our ownstrength to be good on the

inside, but rather by faith,receiving the sanctifying work
of Jesus.
When he died on the cross forour sins, he made a way for us
to be whole, for our inner selfto be pure, by the shedding of
his precious blood.

and kingdom.
The next three explore thecharacter of those who are most

to open up a just and generouspath forward for others, and
that may sound nice, but it canbe dangerous, as Jesus goes on

How good is life for those who have been persecuted
on account of doing what isright, because theirs is the
kingdom of the skies?

Very often, wading into conflicts and pursuing
peace and reconciliation willmean pushing against the status
quo, and that'll likely resultin resistance getting fired at
from all sides.
But if this peacemakingreflects the loving way of Jesus
and is done for his reputation,it's worth it.

How good is life for you when people insult you and
persecute and spread evil liesagainst you on account of me?
When people insult you andpersecute and spread evil lies
against you on account of me,celebrate and shout for joy,
because your reward is great inthe skies, for this is how they

Jesus says you could be madefun of, treated unfairly or

And they will have to just gothrough it and come to a moment

And then there's a group ofhardworking yeah, maybe
Trump-loving patriots, and someof you are going through a hard
time and you just want to seethe good times come.

But the Lord says you have togo through it.
You too have to go through it.
And this is your time to drawclose to me, says the Lord, for
I am with you and I will takeyou through, I will lead you
through, I will save you throughit and I will draw you close to

And this is your time to drawclose to me, says the Father.
And this is your time to growspiritually and to not look at
the circumstances but to look atme and to look at the future as
well, because the future isbright and when we, when we are,

There will be a new dawn and Iwill make all things new, says

And then there's a third groupand that's people like me who
have been suffering sickness andsatanic attacks, to take them
out.
For me, if I talk about myself,it's been 12 years of severe
sickness, weakness, autoimmune,you name it, you name it.

I've been bedridden for a year.
I've been struggling, notstruggling.
I've been so, yeah, it's beenhorrible.
And for you that have also beenthrough a horrible time where
you've been attacked, maybe youdon't even know it was a satanic
