Overcoming the Fear of Judgement

Hey! I'm back! After a bit of a holiday-start-of-the-new-year-craziness break, The Food Freedom Life Podcast is back with a topic I talk about with my clients ALL the time- the fear of judgement.

When it comes to your body image, weight gain, or other insecurities you have, it can be easy to get stuck in your head about what other people are going to think about you. Will they notice I've gained weight? Will they think I've let myself go? Are they going to think less of me? Our inner gremlin can become really convincing that you are not good enough, unworthy, and a lesser version of yourself because of how your body looks.
