(00:00):
This is your foremost guide coming in today on the 4th
Chakra, an all guided meditationseries.
We're going to focus upon Anahata.
It's color green, it's source, your heart, your compassion,
(00:23):
otherwise known as the heart chakra, the beast of all that
you are. It regulates your emotions,
housing your ego, bringing mediation to what you would like
to represent. Now for this session, we're
going to be using the mantra of Yeah, which translates to Air
(00:57):
Life Force, the breath that you take, the prana that you
develop. Now, as we go into our
meditation session, I'd like to ask you to find your center in
your meditation pose. Now we shall do the entry using
(01:23):
our breathing. We also use the breath of fire,
(01:48):
big in heels through the mouth, exhale through the nose.
Repeat this until we bring regulation to the nervous
system, until we bring calmness to your center.
(02:13):
Breathe. Yeah.
(02:50):
Yeah, you're approaching this heart
dimension with compassion and patience towards yourself.
(03:12):
We are going to explore what attaches you to this dimension.
The attachment to this dimensionis grief, loss I'd like you to
contemplate, and all your grief, your loss, be it in the form of
(03:38):
a person, of a situation, of a thing, or of something you were
personally attached to. Take the time and think about
this. Yeah,
(04:19):
take your time. Breathe
(04:39):
in this state while you're viewing, seeing, assessing each
moment, each thing that has caused you this sense of grief
or loss that has become hard foryou to feel, that dimension of
(05:00):
compassion within you. Sometimes we may suffer from the
hardest of loss or grief towardsa situation, a person, a thing,
a career. And for that, you deserve
(05:23):
compassion. Compassion for yourself.
Compassion for that moment, thattime that you had, that
experience that you had to feel what it's like to be in that
(05:44):
state of caring, in that state of unconditional love for
yourself. You deserve this.
Think about this and continue your breathing.
(06:26):
What you have felt, what you hadfelt, is just as precious now as
it was then. Let's not let these past
circumstances define how much compassion you are willing to
open up yourself to, as well as others.
(06:53):
That intensity of compassion is open and available to you, for
starters. It came from within you.
It is reborn in the form of new love, of new compassion, if it
(07:21):
is given a chance, if you give yourself this chance, think
about this, contemplate on it. And as we go through this,
(07:46):
repeat our mantra. Yeah.
As this reinstates you saying I am love, This is what Jan is
(08:12):
telling yourself. This is what you are telling
yourself, Yeah. Breathe,
(08:56):
Breathe. We are bringing to attention
compassion within yourself, for yourself, and in tune naturally
(09:19):
for others. The desire isn't necessarily for
others. The desire is for yourself
first. Yeah.
(10:02):
You are love. You are an immeasurable force of
compassion. Hate doesn't dwell in you.
(10:22):
This happened because we have forgotten to love ourselves.
We have forgotten compassion. Let's meditate upon this.
(10:44):
Yeah, meditate on the past, present so
that you will guide towards a more compassionate future.
(11:26):
Breathe in this moment.
(12:17):
We are now becoming one with compassion.
We are becoming compassionate with ourselves.
We are becoming more sensitive and understanding towards
(12:40):
ourselves because of this compassion,
yeah. Yeah,
(14:10):
now I want you to slowly focus on specifically breathing.
Let your mind appreciate the state of nothing.
(14:33):
Let your mind just appreciate this state of mindfulness.
(15:02):
Now slowly open your eyes and well done on this meditation
session. You have now understood what it
means to show yourself compassion, to show yourself
(15:27):
compassion within meditation that is going to help you in a
subconscious way and make tremendous effect upon your life
in every aspect of it. Remember, the source of
compassion is not the object, the source of compassion is you.
(16:00):
Remember your mantra? Practice your mantra.
Yum means I am love. You are.
This is your form, this guy signing off.
