survival, the rivers of desire and the fires of will, the

And now we stand at the threshold of the Crown Sahasar,

otherwise known as the 7th chakra, the 1000 petaled Lotus,
and the silence beyond sound. I'd like to share a story today
of a woman who went through all stages of life and is now

appreciating as well as honing Sahasah.
There was once a seeker who lived at the edge of the world,
where the sky kissed the mountains and time moved like
mist. She had no name, for she had

(01:34):
shed it long ago. She had walked barefoot through
the red clay of Mullahatra, otherwise known as the first
Tracker, danced in the orange tides of Spanish Diana,
otherwise known as the Secret Tracker or the Second Tracker.

(01:58):
Burned in the Golden Forge of Manipura.
The third chakra, the solar plexus energy loved and lost in
the green chambers of Anahatta, otherwise known as the Heart
chakra, the 4th chakra. Spoken truth in the blue holes

(02:23):
of Vishuda, the 5th chakra, alsoknown as the Sound chakra, and
dreamed in the light temples of Agna, otherwise known as the 6th
chakra or the third eye. But now she sat in stillness,

not to reach, not to grasp, but to dissolve.
Above her head a Lotus began to bloom, not in the soil, but in
the space between thought and breath.
Its petals shimmered with colorsand scene, each 1A prey, A

memory, a letting go. She saw no gods.
She heard no voices, only light,only silence, only the vast,
unbroken presence of what alwayswas.

And in that silence, she remembered.
She was not the Seeker. She was not the path, she was
not even the story. She was the space in which it
all unfolded. The witness, the crown, or the

one. I'd like for us to see Sahasar
as not a destination. It is an untouched energy
source, otherwise known as an infinite sky.

The breathless breath. It is where the self dissolves
into self, where the drop remembers.
It is the ocean. So if you find yourself yearning
for something beyond, pause, close your eyes.

Feel the soft glow above your head.
Picture an empty sky with everything and nothing, with
possibilities unknown. It is up to you to feel the glow

above your head and listen, not for answers, but for the silence
