But then she discovered something that completely changed the course of her life.
Caroline cried at the end of her first yoga class. Ever since that day, the day that sent her on a beautiful path toward healing, self-discovery, and true happiness, Caroline has devoted her life's work to helping others overcome their demons so that they can realize their true potential.
