The Four Pillars (Maya Calendar Wisdom)
Hi, I'm Mark. I have been studying the Maya Calendars for the past 28 years and live in the highlands of Guatemala. The main question I want to explore is "how can we use the Maya sacred calendar to live a richer, more harmonious and more fulfilling life?" I love to share what I have understood from my investigations and personal practices with the sacred calendar. I have been writing a blog about the energies of the calendar for the past 10 years and now I want to make the information more accessible.

The first spark needs tending, and gentle use of breath and material to grow it into the fire it will become. The spark may represent a new idea that you have, but this is the first thought of this idea. It is something that comes in the waking moment, fresh from the dream world. It has started...
