    Continue prenatal vitamin

    Prioritize Protein (meat, fish, beans, peas, nuts) 

    Eat a variety of Fruits 

    Eat a variety of Vegetables

    Consume Fats like avocados, nuts, olive oil and seeds 

    Drink enough Water

    Ask your healthcare provider if you should supplement:
