Just got done with my coldplunge, got done with my Wim Hof
breathing, feeling very readyto talk to you guys about
franchising and holy smokes.
This has been a week.
So we're going to kind of goover the franchises.

, but we also are affiliatedwith hundreds of different
franchise consultants.
So every week we kind of getthis report on which franchises
people are buying.
It's really cool.

We get to see how the market'smoving and I'm here to share it
with you.
So I'm going to tell you aboutthe franchises that people have
bought this week and we'll add alittle color in as we go.
But we're going to start off bytalking about Voto Restoration,
which is a cleaning andrestoration franchise.
Really good looking branding,great team behind it.
Really like the folks at VotoRestoration.

I think they're one of thosecompanies that they're really
doing it right.
If you go to the we Bought aFranchise podcast that we have.
We interviewed their CEO manmaybe a few months ago, dan
Klaps really good guy.
Voda Restoration is VodaCleaning and Restoration.
They say it's a new level offranchise, a new level of clean

and the industry's first andonly cleaning and restoration

So they say two franchises inone Carpet and floor cleaning
services produces consistent andpredictable revenue immediately
, which drives brand awarenessand leads for higher revenue.

I feel like I talk about itevery single week.
Upclosets is selling Next up onthe list, that One Painter.
That One Painter is from ResiBrands.
I got to tell you I really lovethe sort of contractor model
that that One Painter has.
They say you elevate yourfuture with a legacy building

That One Painter was founded in2011 by legendary CEO Stephen
Montgomery.
I added in the legendary Go towe Bought a Franchise Podcast to
hear us interview StephenMontgomery.
He is awesome.
They are one of the fastestgrowing, if not the fastest
growing, painting franchises inthe nation.
That One Painter is a young andvibrant franchise focused on
delivering happiness to theircustomers and unmatched value to

designed for people that want toscale up a larger business and
manage a team.

End zone sports offers threeprofit centers, including their

sent to preschools an hour aweek to introduce children to

to 70%.
They offer youth sports leaguesfor ages five to 16, generally
200 to 600 children per leagueand parents pay $175 for an
eight-week season.
Owners take three to four weeksoff before the next eight-week
season.
Four seasons per year perlocation.

They have really good margins.
They help find fields for thefranchise owners for the four
core sports.
They even have adult sportsleagues.
That's their newestintroduction for people aged 24
plus.
I'm glad they didn't put a capon that so someone like me could
play too with a variety ofsports, including flag football,
basketball, pickleball,kickball, softball and more.
I'm looking at this now.

One of their top franchiseowners started his end zone
sports franchise part-time whileworking his corporate job and
he now has over 30 preschoolswith over 1200 kids and parents
paying $60 a month with againthey state very, very low, very
high margins.
I should say they startedfranchising in 2010.
They were founded in 2010, andthey have 56 franchisees that

is easy to run from home andfor a lot of you out there.
I know that a hot button is notwanting to go back to the office

You know, it's like if I haveto take a phone call during
dinner, let's say, and it's aclient, it doesn't feel like you
know a last second workassignment.

It's, there's something to it.
When you're building something,when you're building a business
, it just feels different, ithits different and to me it's.
It's just when it's yourbusiness and you're growing it
and you control it.
It allows for so much more justfreedom.
It just doesn't feel like workanymore.
It really doesn't.
Okay, back to Pinks.
Pinks is window cleaning, pinksis power washing.

We actually just piloted thefirst sort of full-blown power
washing van for Pinks, which hasbeen super cool and I'm glad we
did, because it's enabled us tocapture bigger jobs.
So we do window cleaning, powerwashing, gutter cleaning,
fixture cleaning, you know,things like chandeliers and
lights.
It's a really cool business.
The uniforms are awesomelooking.
This is the more I spend timewith it.

If branding is your thing, ifhaving a cool brand is sort of
your jam, then P's would besomething to look at.
I mean, we've got a Netflixshow.
I think we were featured on aNetflix movie.
Actually it's just a differentthing.
We've been really happy with it.
We've got a merch page.
Our uniforms are killer.
They look great.

So the whole experience ofowning a Pink's franchise has
been really exciting for us,jill and I are glad we did it.
It's growing.
As I've mentioned on previouspodcasts, we set a record for
franchisee revenue last month.
I'm sure someone will break itsoon, but we've got our sights
set on the original office.
But you see what I mean.
It's that kind of thing that agood business brings into your

life where it makes you want togo out and compete, makes you
want to go out and win, bringsinto your life where it makes

, and that's what being afranchise consultant.
That's what I want to do foryou is help you find that
business, that that you could go, win and you could have passion
for growing, and it's a goodthing to add to your life.
So, with Pinks, what sets themapart is their commitment to

So, yes, it's a window cleaningbusiness, but to me it's a
customer experience.
That's really what Pinks is.

It's got to be at least $75,000.

But what they mean by that is$45,000 is probably if you were
getting something like an SBAloan, you could start with

So Naturals to Go is acomprehensive program offering
healthy snacks and beveragesutilizing the latest technology
in unattended retail, betterknown as vending.

So they say this is an easilyscalable business.
No employees required, nofranchise fees, so no franchise
fee.
They say the cash investment's20 grand.
Again, that must be if you'redoing an SBA loan.
They are SBA approved.
They say total investment's230,000.

So because it's a vendingmachine, this does not qualify

So, for example, five StarPainting started franchising in

They were founded in 2007 andthey have 167 units operating
