So I consider myself a woodturner At the present time
because we're building our newheadquarters building.
Many of our staff haverelocated here and growing up I
never saw her take a break foranything.
But when I had my child mymental state was different.
If you go to Comic-Con, there'san artist alley where a bunch
of independent artists makethemselves their own little

We just went to the localsports hall, and by that I mean
like old school Swedishgymnasium, kind of freezing cold

We actually capped that offwith a bike ride from Fremont to
Lake Tahoe.
I would get up like at 9 am,8.30 am, 9 am just to watch the
Academy Awards, and I used tothink like, yeah, one day I'm
going to be there and I'llpretend I'm going to be there

and I'll pretend I'm going to bein the seats.
I did, and it turns out I wasapplying for the real librarian
job.
The only time there'squote-unquote tourists is for
the fiestas.
So when they have somethingspecific they're celebrating.
That's when people come fromall parts of the people.
The majority of those parentsare hearing and so their deaf
child is the first deaf personthey're meeting.
They're learning about deafculture and sign language, and

they learn a lot of that throughthe school for the deaf at
Fremont, at my desk, fully awakeand aware by seven, just so I
can catch yeah, all that and so,and then I'm.
