What if there was a certain music that you could listen to that had scientifically proven health benefits that include: reduced stress and anxiety, increased immune system function, nervous system health, and hormone balancing.

Sounds too good to be true doesn't it?

Well study after study after study shows that such a music actually exists. And it's not a style of music, but rather a frequency of music. Music tuned to 528 Hz frequency (rather than the normal 440 Hz) has all of the aforementioned affects, plus many more.

Sounds like bullshit doesn't it? Yeah, I thought so too when I first heard it.

Fortunately, I took the time to do some homework and see if there was any scientific study to such claims. And come to find out, there are MOUNTAINS of it.

But 528 Hz sound waves aren't the only thing your doctor isn't telling you about. There is also EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) that is an even newer modality that is showing impressive results for anxiety, PTSD, and other conditions in studies thus far.
