* Identify areas for impact: Next, identify areas where you can make a positive impact. This could be in your personal life, your community, your workplace, or on a larger scale. Consider the skills, resources, and networks you have at your disposal and think about how you can use them to create change. Look for opportunities to collaborate with others who share your vision and can help amplify your impact.
* Take action: Finally, take action to create the change you want to see. This could involve volunteering, starting a project or initiative, advocating for a cause, or taking on a leadership role in your community or workplace. Be persistent and resilient in your efforts, and be open to learning and adapting as you go. Remember, leading with impact is a journey, and the most important thing is to keep taking steps forward towards your goals.
