In this episode of the Georgia Property Lawcast, Doyle sits down with Richard Harper, a real estate agent with Harper Real Estate - Keller Williams. Richard is a former law enforcement officer and current city commissioner in addition to being a dedicated real estate agent representing buyers and sellers. Richard guides Doyle through the challenges in representing buyers in the current market.  Richard outlines his strategy for marketing himself to potential clients while maintaining an honest outlook with his buyers on how to find what they are looking for in a limited market.

Doyle and Richard discuss how best to maintain open communication with clients, lenders, and other agents throughout the process as well as how to deal with individuals that may cause problems along the way. They confront issues of how and when a buyers agent needs to temper expectations that a client may have and when they can expect more. Richard's charm and straightforward way of communication makes him a perfect guide to bring Doyle and the listener up to speed on how to practically represent buyers in today's market.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
