On my debut episode, I am joined by my first guest Phil Wilkerson. Phil is an Employer Engagement Consultant at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA and the creator of the podcast Positive Philter. Phil, a fellow Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity member has been nice enough to provide me with direction as I progressed towards launching my podcast. Phil and I discuss his inspiration for creating his podcast, challenges he has overcome and what keeps him motivated to produce more content. We also lighten the mood towards the end of the interview with a special segment.
