Season 3 Ep 1: Mindset and Flow: The NEW Dynamic Duo

What does "independence" mean to you?

It is no coincidence that this episode drop on Independence Day in the U.S.

To me, ANY day of the year can be your independence day.

When you recognize your innate talents, embrace them, develop them, and leverage them to create your dream life you will experience the ultimate independence.

We all get caught up in circumstances but when you set you mind to a goal, develop your talents, and get into the flow... YOU... WILL... BE... UNSTOPPABLE!

As with every season premier episode I introduce the reason for the season and Season 3 is no different.

In this season we will explore a framework founded on the concepts of both Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi (grandfather of Flow and Positive Psychology) and Robert Fritz (creator of DMA and Technologies for Creating).

Both spent the better part of their lives developing and sharing these concepts.

Mihaly passed away a couple of years ago but Robert is still around and creating.

I consider these two thought leaders as mentors.  I never met either but I have read, listened, and watched anything of theirs I can get my hands, eyes, or ears on.

Combined with my life's work in music, acting, lean manufacturing, agile methodologies, and Servant Leadership I have developed the Creative Kraken Framework for me and all y'all to create a rich and fulfilled life.
