In episode six, we discuss sex. Sex is the most natural workout humans experience. Sex is also connected to some of the deepest traumas that humans experience in connection to emotions like love, their hobbies, and relationships where two or more people engage in sex. To some sex is a sacred action, and to others sex is a casual action to not be taken too seriously. A high number of human's belief in sex falls somewhere in-between those two extremes. Can a better understanding and exercise of The Golden Rule make sex and the connection to that action a more enjoyable experience for all of us? Is no sex better than "meaningless" sex?
