Adam Sarfati had already started trying to change the world for the better before the pandemic hit, but the COVID lockdowns combined with the increase in online shopping was the perfect time for Heaps Good Packaging to launch.
People want to do the right thing, and the original Heaps Good mailing satchel (a revolutionary product which is home compostable) gave online retailers an eco friendly way to ship the thousands of orders going out every day. It was an instant success!
Adam tells us how his little idea of a 1 product, eco friendly mailer shop, quickly turned into a thriving multi-product store, always with the goal of closing the loop on eco solutions.
It's an intriguing insight into the world of packaging, a topic which wouldn't normally get air time, but so critical to the environment.
Heaps Good are constantly working on new ways to reduce the impact on the environment through better, more eco and sustainable products.
They have some exciting things coming in the future, tune to find out more!
Adam also kindly gave you a discount code just for the podcast listeners:
