And today, continuing on, I wasfeeling into the energies in my

abdomen as they have beendistressed.
They've been calling out for myattention and, because that's
how that works and it turns out,the attention that this part of
me needed was attention.
It was starving for love anddying for attention, and sitting

(00:54):
in the sensation of thisWhereas I recently have been
like this feels awful.
I don't want to feel it and itis a starving sensation.
It's starving, so I've beenfeeding it and causing, causing

(01:17):
intestinal distress, becausethat's not actually what I need.
What I actually need is to sitwith the starving.
What I need, what I actuallyneed, is to sit with the
starving, sit with the neglectedpiece of me and let it be
nourished with love.
Maybe some energetic food, thatmight be a thing, but what it
really really needs is eyes onit.

It needs ears on it, it needspresence, and so I am giving it
my presence and recognizing.
You know where this came from.
As a child, I felt veryneglected, super crazy, lonely
and, interestingly, as I say,like we are always manifesting

that romantic partner to healour childhood stuff, I
manifested the husband who couldnot pay attention to me.
All of his attention could bepaid to porn and TV and his
phone, but not to me, becausethat was that was what we were

(02:27):
there to work out together.
So like I needed him to neglectme, I needed him to not pay
attention to me so I could healthis.
But I thought that we couldheal it together, like he would
get to heal his piece of it andmy piece of it.
But we were doing it together,um, and that didn't happen.
And here we are, and maybe youknow, for the best, that I can

(02:52):
give myself this attention sothat the next partner can pay
attention to me and can payattention to us and what we're
creating together.
Because if I can't payattention to myself, how on
earth could anyone else Likethat?

(03:12):
Just if I'm not in alignmentwith giving myself that
attention, I can't manifestsomeone who can.
And I mean, as I am here withall these pieces of myself, it's
time to do it so that I don'thave to manifest another partner
who can't pay attention, sothat the next person I can jump

(03:35):
into or ease into relationshipwith it can be without that
struggle, as you know we mighthave.
We might have a couple otherthings to work through.
Actually, I would love arelationship that's graceful and

(03:57):
easy um, healers don't usuallyintend that, but oh, that sounds
so nice.
Like I do intend to heal andevolve together, but like
joyfully, gracefully,pleasurably, um resonated with
any of that and you feel likeyou would like some support in
