Part 2 of our discussion with Mark Ward.
Mark Ward holds a Ph.D. in New Testament Interpretation from Bob Jones University Seminary. He is currently the editor of Bible Study Magazine for Faithlife, the makers of Logos Bible Software.
Mark Ward caught our attention when we each read His book, Authorized: The Use and Misuse of The King James Bible. This book unequivocally breaks down the arguments for readability and vernacular for the everyday reader and helps us to understand the difference between something we think we understand, and what we actually understand, as well as where the dangers lie.
In this episode, we approach the topic of The King James Bible from a language standpoint, and from the viewpoint of Jesus, plus nothing.
