When my girls were little, I felt constantly exhausted! I wanted so badly to have energy to keep up with them, but I just felt tired all the time. This led to a lot of depression and frustration for me.


When my girls were almost 3 and 1 years old, I had a crisis moment that changed everything and led to me making some big changes in my life. Those change that I made drastically increased my energy and my hope. I am still practicing these things 10 years later.


While motherhood is still exhausting both physically and emotionally at times, I have found ways to find ENERGY to do motherhood well. Yes, I am exhausted when I fall into bed at night, but I have energy to keep up during the day when it counts.
