Joel is a seasoned constitutional attorney and regularly litigates First Amendment issues. He earned his J.D. in 1997 from the University of Kansas School of Law. He is admitted to the bar in Kansas, Missouri, Florida, and numerous federal courts. Joel authored the book, Undue Process, and he hosts the podcast, Comedian of Law.
