His daughter Caitlyn transitioned in 2017 after battling leukemia for the second time, and Bill shares the dark pit that he found himself in and how he was intentional about finding a way to pull himself out. He also talks about his journey to becoming a Grief Recovery Method Specialist and how he specifically wants to help grieving dads.
