Two weeks in, and things are already moving fast! In this episode, I’m sharing the latest updates on my journey to building a $1M/year marketing agency—the wins, challenges, and big plans ahead.

✅ New Client Potential: We had a promising meeting with a potential SEO client, with a follow-up scheduled for March 10th.
✅ Scaling with Strategy: We've brought on a contractor for email marketing, launching campaigns to drive new leads.
✅ Building the Team: For now, we’re working with contractors, but as cash flow increases, we’re planning to bring on in-house talent.
✅ Big Vision: Our goal is to lease a warehouse space where we can build content creation sets for podcasts, videos, and photo shoots.
✅ Beyond Marketing: I also share our 18-month goal of opening a second hair salon location in Temecula, California.
