Today is the last episode in our series on POLISH. This last step of getting to your goal actually requires reflection on what you have done so far. This step is crucial to ensuring you are staying on the right path or does the path need to adjust because you had some discovery while looking at it.
In the military we called this a hot wash. We did this after every completion of transition E6s- into Chiefs. We reviewed the process and made sure our desired results were achieved and if not - what do we need to change.
The idea is that you review them immediately after completion to ensure you have the freshest memories in order to prepare for the next one.
If messaging 200 people this week didn't get you anyone to respond. The review would conclude messaging is off or you aren't speaking to your ideal client then we would look at how to tweak these areas.
This part of the series is repeatable as well. Every time you complete a micro-goal, give it sniff check and ensure you reached desired outcome.
