Life can be crazy and sometimes we just have to keep going forward in a bit of survival to get through it.
-If you are feeling overwhelmed or feeling like it is gearing up for a hurricane, don't worry, we are going to weather this storm together. We are just going to pull it together and rub some sand in it to give it some grit.
There is nothing fancy in this episode. Just raw. Just grit and just some hard truth.
Just know you can get through the challenge. Don't give up just when it gets tough...you know the saying ....
