Comfort feels safe, but it’s quietly dividing us. When we refuse to get uncomfortable, when we won’t sit down across from one another and have honest conversations, we lose the chance to really hear, understand, and grow together. Instead, we cling to the sound bites, highlight reels, and media clips that keep us in our corners.

In this episode, I dive into why the solution isn’t “out there” in the noise...it’s within us. It’s in choosing discomfort over silence, leaning into dialogue instead of division, and having the courage to ask ourselves:

Why do I believe what I believe?

Is it actually true? Or am I just repeating what I’ve heard?

I’ll also share how Charlie Kirk got one thing right: he called us to be uncomfortable. He invited us to examine, to research, to think critically, and to show compassion for one another. Because real change won’t happen until we’re willing to stop consuming and start connecting.

And to tie this together, I want to bring in one of my favorite books, The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. This little book lays out four powerful principles for living with integrity and freedom:

  1. Be impeccable with your word.

  2. Don’t take anything personally.

  3. Don’t make assumptions.

  4. Always do your best.

When we practice these, especially not taking things personally and not making assumptions, we open the door for deeper conversations, more compassion, and a whole lot less division.

If you’ve been feeling the weight of our divided world, this episode will challenge you to see discomfort differently—not as pain to avoid, but as the pathway to growth, unity, and transformation.

👉 Tune in and let’s explore what’s possible when we choose conversation over comfort.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
