This year stretched me, shaped me, and ultimately changed me.
In this episode, I’m getting real about what it actually looked like to take my power back. Not through a new planner or another quick fix, but by getting radically honest, reflecting deeply, and rebuilding trust with myself and with God.
When my dad passed three years ago, I did what so many of us do when we don’t know what to do with pain... I stayed busy. I jumped into masterminds, joined coaching programs, kept moving… because slowing down felt too heavy. But last November, I finally asked God how to hold both the good and the hard memories of my dad, and that moment changed everything. He met me right there and gave me a peace I didn’t even know I was chasing.
Through coaching, reflection, and a lot of uncomfortable truth-telling, I realized I had been living in a victim mindset, quietly waiting for the right time, the right feeling, the right season to start showing up differently. But here’s the truth… the power I was searching for was never out there.
It was always inside of me.
In this episode, I’m sharing:
If you’ve been feeling caught between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming, this one’s for you. You don’t have to wait for January to start over. You can start right now, by keeping one small promise to yourself today.
I’m also sharing what’s next. Taking November and December to slow down, pour into my people, and share a few of my favorite episodes (and some surprise bonus ones) along the way.
If what I share in this episode hits home and you’re ready to walk deeper into your own 180, I’d love to have you join my next group or 1:1 coaching. Book your complimentary call here and see if this could be the change you need to finally move forward.
Let’s stop waiting for the perfect moment and start becoming the women we were created to be, honest, intentional, and deeply rooted.

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
