There comes a moment in every woman’s life when she whispers the words, " I can't carry this any more."

If you’ve been there, or maybe you’re sitting in that space right now, this episode is for you.

This is where my own 180 began. The day I realized that trying harder wasn’t healing me…it was hiding me.

We talk a lot about growth and purpose, but what we often skip over is the part where we have to clear the clutter. The emotional, spiritual, and even physical junk that’s keeping us from hearing God clearly.
Because just like cleaning out an old closet, healing means pulling everything out, sitting in the mess, and deciding what gets to stay and what has to go.

In this first episode of The Becoming Series, I share the truth about what it looks like to come home to the woman God created you to be.
We dig into:

  • Why exhaustion and burnout are often God’s way of inviting you to begin again

  • How the brain (yep, your amygdala!) stores unexpressed emotions, and how that emotional clutter shows up in your life

  • The difference between real humility and the kind that keeps Christian women small

  • How people-pleasing can look holy, but actually keeps us disconnected and resentful

  • What biblical women like Esther, Deborah, and the midwives of Exodus can teach us about courage and calling

And yes...we even talk about your closet. Because after two powerful conversations with stylist Jessica Papineau, I can’t not bring up the link between your external space and your internal healing.
Just like those clothes that no longer fit the woman you’re becoming, some beliefs, habits, and patterns need to be released too.

So if you’ve been striving, performing, or holding it all together for everyone else...it’s time to exhale.
This is your holy ground, friend. This is where transformation begins. Here are some journaling prompts for you this week:

  • What is this pain trying to teach me?

  • What am I avoiding because it feels too uncomfortable to face?

  • What might God be inviting me to release?

Isaiah 43:19 “See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?”

Sometimes the breaking isn’t punishment, it’s preparation. The unbecoming before the becoming is not a set back, it is a set up!

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
