In this episode I speak about what a calorie deficit is, empowering you with education to support you on your weight loss journey.
I cover; the science behind a calorie deficit (in a simple & easy to understand way), the equation to weight loss, how to work out if you are in a calorie deficit & why it’s important if you want to lose weight, I very briefly chat about tracking calories/macros and lastly, I also cover some other important factors when it comes to weight loss (because a calorie deficit is NOT the only thing that matters).
If you have a weight loss goal this episode will be very beneficial to help you understand how a calorie deficit & weight loss works, however if you don’t have a weight loss goal it will still give you a lot of education & insight into the energy balance equation & help you understand how our bodies expend energy.
