There is no intro, no outro, just the meditation. This can be done by it's self or set up in a series with other guided meditations for a longer more complex meditation. A good one to start with is the Light Body guided meditation leading into this one or for a deeper grove experience go Light Body then Entering the Abbey then this one for a deeper 45 minute episode.
