Julz sat down with Melissa to hear some of her story. Melissa is a creative, a photographer, business owner, psychedelic trance music lover, wife, mum and so much more. She talks about her struggles with mental health, an eating disorder, a marriage breakdown and moving cities all before she turned 30. Now remarried and a mum to a gorgeous (almost) 2 year old, Melissa realised that she needed to do the work on herself and choose to love herself, above anything else.
