Episode 25. In this uplifting episode we dive into the world of groove with Johnnie Anderson.  Her passion for dancing is fueled by an almost indescribable delightful sensation that occurs when she moves to music. Beyond the physical benefits, dancing brings her joy and love, allowing her to freely express herself through body movement across a variety of music genres and styles. It’s a soul-nourishing experience that connects her with lovely beings she encounters throughout each day.  It is her mission to uplift others physically, emotionally and spiritually.

If you're interested in taking one of Johnnie's classes, please email her at johnniegrooves@gmail.com or visit her Facebook page.

If you're interested in starting a podcast of your own, consider joining the SPI Community. The All Access Pass, in particular, has a step by step course for starting a podcast which absolutely was key for creating and launching my podcast. And equally important, I made connections with other fellow entrepreneurs/podcasters. If you do sign up through my affiliate link, I will receive a commission fee.

Intentionally Disturbing

Join me on this podcast as I navigate the murky waters of human behavior, current events, and personal anecdotes through in-depth interviews with incredible people—all served with a generous helping of sarcasm and satire. After years as a forensic and clinical psychologist, I offer a unique interview style and a low tolerance for bullshit, quickly steering conversations toward depth and darkness. I honor the seriousness while also appreciating wit. I’m your guide through the twisted labyrinth of the human psyche, armed with dark humor and biting wit.
