In episode 2, we explore the theme of (un)forgiveness. This narrative is a cornerstone for women and men alike, seeking redemption, solace and strength in the Lord as we navigate life's complexities.
We meet Jesus at Simon the Pharisee’s house for a meal, when an unnamed woman (in this account) enters the scene. This woman not only anoints the Lord with a jar of expensive perfume oil, but she also receives His forgiveness as she is considered an immoral woman in the community. Through this story, we are reminded that no matter our shortcomings, failures or past sins, there is forgiveness at the feet of the Master, when we submit with our whole heart. It is our hope that this episode will become the catalyst that invites you to the place of forgiveness, releasing past hurts and people who wronged you, and asking the Lord to work on those parts of your heart that need to be filled with His love. Because only His love can heal. And He is longing to meet you where you are!

This week's challenge/CTA: I challenge you to write a letter/journal entry to yourself, someone who caused you hurt or even to the Lord. This can be both therapeutic and restorative on your healing journey. Maybe you will find that you may want to write more than one letter, and that’s ok! Most of all, as you write, invite the Lord to sit with you. And allow Him to navigate the rest. You are loved!

The Lord wants to heal, restore and make us whole. But perhaps you don't have a relationship with Him OR you have strayed away from your faith. It is never too late for you. He wants to draw you close to Him and set you free from all bondage and past hurts, so you can journey with Him in TRUE liberty!
Pray this prayer with me: Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for your sacrifice for me, so that I may walk in true liberty with You and spend eternity with You. I come before You this day, with a heart of repentance and ask that You purify me & wash me clean. Lord, come into my heart today, as I accept You fully as my Lord and Savior. Thank You Lord, in Your mighty name I pray, Amen!
