I wanted to talk about the different groups that we're probably in now: work groups, friend groups, group chats lmao it's so many groups out there, we probably don't even realize we're in one. Why do we care about groups? From a mental health aspect, interacting with different personalities all day can be draining. So this week, we wanted to talk about how we feel with our groups.
