Hello, dear friends, anotherexciting, exciting episode of
the Healist Podcast.
I'm so happy to be here withyou again and having another

(00:46):
incredible guest for you thatI'm super, super excited to
introduce.
All of my guests are special, but Jen is extra special and
we're going to talk a little bitwhy in this episode.
But I wanted to introduce herproperly because she deserves a
great introduction.
Her properly because shedeserves a great introduction.

(01:08):
So Jen Mazur is the queen ofmanifestation.
She's the author of ManifestingMade Easy and the co-founder of
the board game Sparked.
Jen is a sought-aftertransformational speaker and
coach, teaching people how tomanifest their dreams while
making an impact on the world.
Her work has been featured in aNew York Times, fast Company,

(01:28):
new York Magazine, real Simple, cosmopolitan Inc.
Marie Claire, abc, and the listis very long.
Jen, I'm so excited to be herewith you and talk about a very,
very like one of my favoritesubjects, maybe manifesting your
ideal conscious business.

(01:49):
Welcome to the podcast.
I love to set intention foreach episode and for this one I
just want to inspire ourlisteners to not just manifest
into reality their vision, butmake it big and splashy and
super impactful, because we allknow this is much needed.

(02:11):
Everyone who's listening tothis, all of you lightworkers,
magic workers, healers.
We need to start thinking big,and Jen is here to inspire us,
so welcome to the podcast.

Jen (02:25):
Yay, thank you for having me.
I'm so happy to be here and, yes, it's not just about
creating our reality.
I'd love to kind of flipmanifestation on its head,
because all of you listening, Ithink, are already advanced
manifestors.
And yet there's a way to beeven more intentional with your

(02:46):
creation and understand thatit's not just you creating your
reality and setting thisintention and then waiting for
the universe to deliver it, butwhen you first imagine what you
want for your life, the way thatyou tap into your intuition is
through your imagination, and soall of the dreams and desires
that you tap into your intuitionis through your imagination,

(03:07):
and so all of the dreams anddesires that you want to
manifest are actually not justdreams and desires, but you're
intuiting what is there for youand what's actually going to
happen if you say yes to it andtake a line to action.
Most people don't.

Yuli (03:27):
Wow, okay, first of all, I just had chills and goosebumps
and all kind of like somaticreactions, like yeah, she's
talking about me.
But second of all, can we justunpack that journey for a little
bit, because the way you saidit and it resonates so much,
because I think a lot of us canlike waiting for the gifts from

(03:49):
the universe.

Jen (03:50):
Right, right, exactly, or you're like I will know it when
I see it, or you know we feelcomfortable, maybe in being
intentional about certain things.
Yeah, I mean, there's so muchwe can go into, but yet it's
expanding what we believe ispossible, because if you believe
that it's possible, it ispossible, but if you don't, it's

(04:11):
not going to be possible, because you have a set point of
what you're allowing in and Ithink most of us are really
great at manifesting.
Actually it's the receivingpart that we have difficulty
with.
Actually it's the receivingpart that we have difficulty
with.
It's that when things start toget really good or better, we
tend to close off because we'reuncomfortable on some level and

(04:34):
the practice is continuing toopen up, to receive even more,
so we can hold on to more.
So it's really expanding yourcapacity to hold more right and
as healers, we want to be ableto hold that space, not just for
ourselves but for all thepeople in the world in which

(04:56):
we're here to impact.
Right, and so I think a lot ofus we're viewing it as selfish,
when it's actually self-full andit's actually doing a
disservice to the universe tonot accept all of those gifts
that are wanting to come in andto push them away, versus saying
yes to that intuition, to thatbigger calling, to that bigger

(05:18):
dream that wants to come in,because we're here to live out
the universe's dream for us.
We're receiving, we're thephysical arms of the universe
and we're here to live out theuniverse's dream for us.
We're receiving, we're thephysical arms of the universe
and we're all connected.
We know this in quantum physicswe're not separate.
We're all one and we're all apart of the vision.
So your dream is the universe'sdream for you and other people

(05:39):
are meant to play their part inyour vision, just like you.
Yuli and I came together right.
It's like how we met and I'mhelping you with your vision
right, and so trusting that whenyou live out your light, other
people are there to play theirpart, because it's their dream
to play their part in your dream, right, and then we all help

(06:01):
each other and it's like somagical and synchronistic and we
can.
I can share a million storiesand maybe some podcast of
synchronicity and flow.
But you asked how I got started.
My friends actually gave me thenickname queen of manifestation
years ago.
I didn't name myself because Iwas the one in our friend circle
.
Every time we got together I hadanother outrageous story of

(06:23):
something that I manifested, andthe biggest one, I think at the
time when they gave me thatnickname, was I manifested
living rent-free in Manhattanfor over 10 years in my own
apartment in the East Villagethat I renovated with my jacuzzi
, bathtub and new kitchen andhad my art in the New York Times
and you know all these things.

(06:43):
I started becoming friends withand meeting my favorite
spiritual teachers like DeepakChopra, or backstage at the UN
with Whoopi Goldberg, or at aprivate cocktail party with
Martin Scorsese the things thatI really loved, right, my
favorite musicians, andmanifesting my soulmate, and
traveling and so-and-so.
And I realized it's not just,it's not me, right, we all have

(07:06):
this ability.
It's not that I'm special, it'sjust that it came naturally to
me and now I can share how youcan make it more natural for you
, because so many of thesepractices and you guys are all
healers listening to thisthey're so simple in the way
that they sound, but it's theapplication of it that makes the

(07:27):
difference.

Yuli (07:28):
Yeah, yeah, I mean absolutely.
You said so many things that Iwant to double click on, and not
only Martin Scorsese part, butwhat is so?
Yeah, so, yeah.

(07:50):
So let's unpack the application, because I feel like, yes, we
will.
Many of us know the principlesor the laws of the quantum
physics.
Since it comes so naturally toyou, what do you feel like?
Have you like really reallyanalyzed that?
What is the part that comesnatural and maybe so difficult
for others?

Jen (08:10):
be so difficult for others.
So for me, the natural part isI truly believe everything is
working out all the time, soeven when obstacles show up
because obstacles are always apart of the process it's not
that when you are supersuccessful and you're
enlightened but no obstaclescome, it's that when they come,
we can find the opportunity inthe obstacle instead of it being
an obstacle.
From a spiritual perspective,it's like loving the obstacle,

(08:32):
so you raise your vibration tomatch that at the obstacle.
We're not avoiding the obstacle, pretending it's not there.
We're confronting it head on,but we're not afraid of it.
It's not something that we needto conquer, but there's
something there for us.
So I think for me what's comenatural is I'm an optimist, I've
always been an optimist.
I've always thought positivelyand I've always viewed myself as

(08:53):
being, you know, like blessed, and that the universe is
watching out for me, right, andall of us are right, like all
the time.
There's no mistake in theuniverse.
We're all supposed to be here.
We're all, we are all.
God, you know, we're all partof the universe.
We have that same, you know, creation energy within us, right

(09:15):
, we're all creators.
So it's like I think that justpart came a little bit more
naturally.
I'm a human we all are.
I have my own, you know, moments, right, but I come back
the fastest.
I don't stay down in a place oflike beating myself up for
something you know that didn'tgo right.

(09:36):
Because I think when ego comesin, we think like I manifested
this.
When it's not really youmanifesting anything, you're not
making anything happen.
You're co-creating with theuniverse always.
And when you see it that way, when things don't go your way,
you're not beating yourself up.
Right, there's always a lessonand a mistake.

(09:56):
It's not like oh well, I'mperfect, but it's oh, I see my
growth here.
But I'm not making myself wrongbecause something didn't work
out.
Instead, I'm proud of how I'mshowing up.
Right, I'm looking at, I'mproud of me asking for that
thing that I wanted, but I'm notattached to the result.
I'm not making myself feel badif I received a rejection or a

(10:19):
no because I'm making my worthabout my results.
Instead, it's about how I'mproud of how I'm showing up,
that I am in alignment with myown intuition and my own inner
guidance, and how I'm treatingother people.
So I think that's a big part ofit.
We hear about gratitude, whichis a big principle, and the more

(10:40):
that you appreciate, appreciateit's right that's Lynn Twist's
quote.
But the more that you focus onright, what you focus on expands
.
So if we're looking for thegood again, this is something I
do naturally and we can get alittle OCD in the spiritual
world these days about like, oh,I'm looking for a sign or I'm
waiting for my sign.
But if we're looking for thegood, we're going to find it

(11:03):
because we're looking for itright.
If you're looking for somethingbad to happen, you're going to
find that too right.
And so for me, I'm naturallyjust like looking for the
opportunity.
And I think when I work withpeople you know I'm intuitive
Most people listening areprobably intuitive as well.
Everything you want is right infront of your nose if you can
just see it right.

(11:24):
And the more you take action onyour own intuition, those
things that you think you shouldbe doing you, the intuitive
part, not society or someonetold you you should do but the
more you act on your ownintuition, the more guidance
comes in right.
It's like oh, finally, jen'slistening, you know she's taking
action, so I'm going to giveher more because I've been

(11:44):
trying to tell her, you know, this whole time.
So it's like the more that wejust kind of follow our inner
voice, the more low weexperience, the more
synchronicity.
So a practice of gratitude isgreat.
You don't have to write it downevery single day, but it's maybe
.
It's the end of the day andyou're reflecting on your pillow
at night before you go to sleepall the things from the day

(12:08):
right that you're grateful forand being proud of yourself,
which I think is a missing part.
Being proud of how you showedup, not attached to the results
of anything, which is reallyhuge too, but also expecting
that everything's going to workout.
Just because you hit aroadblock doesn't mean that the
destination disappeared.
Right.
New York City is still on themap, even if the highway or the

(12:31):
bridge is closed.
Right, so maybe there's anotherpath and that's where you're
going to meet your soulmate oryour dream business partner,
because you took the local road.

Yuli (12:41):
You know you walked over the Brooklyn Bridge.
I love it so much.
I could listen to you forever, but let's talk, since you
mentioned business, partner andbusiness and we really want to
inspire our listeners tomanifest their perfect business.
And I think you know I'mtalking to healers all day long
and it's really fascinatingconversations, but you kind of

(13:03):
start to distill some of the youknow trends and some of the
motives that I'm hearing, and Ithink the receivership part that
you mentioned in the beginningis a huge part and I know it
sounds easy, right.
Well, of course I want toreceive, I want to receive more,
but somehow it doesn't comealways easy for healers who are

(13:23):
used to give, and you know a lotof them feel guilty.
Or you know all kinds offeelings and emotions attached
to receiving more, especiallywhen it comes to.
You know all kinds of feelingsand emotions attached to
receiving more, especially whenit comes to, you know, desiring
for more abundance, for example.
So that's like one piece thatcomes up, and so can you touch
on that?

Jen (13:41):
Yeah, Well, let's just talk about value for a minute.
First of all, I think a lot ofhealers associate the value with
themselves versus like, well,I'm valuable because you know of
this service that I provide andI have this training, you know.
And so then we start to haveall these limiting beliefs of
like feeling like a fraud, or Ineed more training, or or maybe

(14:03):
you are really great at what youdo, but you, you know, you feel
guilty charging because youshould just do it for free,
because you know, because youwant to heal everyone, right?
So there's all these things Ilove to kind of, instead of
value being placed on me.
Like me, I'm the queen ofmanifestation and I'm worth this
.
It's the value of thetransformation that I'm
providing.
So I want you to think aboutwhat's the value of your

(14:25):
transformation.
So, if you're curing someone ofsome illness that they've been
dealing with for, you know, 20years, that is huge, that's
priceless, right.
And I think oftentimes we'reit's like we're charging per
hour or we're charging.
You know One of my clients.
I helped her start a business asa dating coach and a concierge
kind of.
She started because she had mether soulmate on a dating app

(15:01):
and she was in her 40s, divorced, and all these women were like
I don't know anything aboutdating apps, you know.
And so she started helping themon there and now you know she's
got a seven-figure business.
She only takes what like 12clients a year or something.
You know, helping these peoplefind their soulmates on dating
apps.
So it's really about how you'relooking at it, right.

(15:24):
Another client of mine came in.
She was a psychic and she hadbeen.
Her schedule was packed.
This is another limiting belief, because we think we need to
work hard to make money, and soshe was seeing a million people
a day for hour long, you know, psychic readings, right, and
just charging per hour.
And while you know it was greatfor her to build up her

(15:45):
confidence at first that she was, you know, good at what she did
, at this point she was burntout, right, and it's like she's
at a set point and can't do thatanymore.
So it's reframing how you'relooking at things and giving
yourself permission withoutfeeling guilty that you're not
serving everyone.
There are other people that canserve them, number one.
And there's other ways in whichyou can help people for free.

(16:07):
For example, I have a book youcan buy for like $16, whatever
you know.
So if you can't afford to workwith me in one of my programs,
you can have my book, or I offerfree programs, you know,
webinars or different things.
So therefore, the people whoget my private attention,
they're paying more, right forthat.

(16:29):
So it's just looking at it froma different perspective and not
feeling guilty that I'm leavingpeople behind, right?
That's why we're all here.
There's enough for everyone.
We live in an abundant universe.
Just look at nature, right, andhow rejuvenated it is.
And this illusion of lack is anillusion.
It really is, even if youliterally see nothing in your

(16:51):
bank account.
It's like if we can just switchthat perspective of we live in
an abundant universe, right, ifI am the universe, if I am
literally a part of the universe, I'm naturally abundant.
So how can I switch the way I'mviewing things to now view life
from an abundant perspectiveand see the opportunity?

(17:12):
And I think me living in NewYork for 20 years.
It was really helpful.
Like I went to NYU and I wouldget on my bike and I would ride
my bike up to the Upper EastSide, and when I was in college,
I worked at the veganrestaurant Candle Cafe and then
they opened Candle 79, right, people who are long-term New
Yorkers know, right, and so Iwould go from like East Village,

(17:33):
whatever, to like wealthy UpperEast Side neighborhood for me
as a college student, right, andI would see like, oh, it just
shifted my perspective of what'spossible and what's available,
right, and so oftentimes, whenyou see what's possible, then it
becomes possible for you too.
It's like that four minute milestory, right, no one had ever

(17:53):
run a mile in four minutes, andthen one person did, and then
the next year it was like acouple hundred and then it was a
couple thousand and, you know, because it was possible and they
believed it was possible, right, we've seen that with Simone
Biles, and now there's anothergymnast who's almost at her
level and you know beating her,and so it's like for us to just
see.
I always love to like.

(18:19):
Also, just another thing, too,is every time you see someone
doing something and it'sirritating you or you're jealous
about it, or like, ah, I can'tbelieve that person is charging
so much money and she doesn'teven know what she's doing.
And you know, right, we all canget like that, right, like, oh,
this new Instagram famousperson and she's so, you know,
annoying.
It's like why is the universebringing this to my attention?
Number one there's no mistakein the universe, right?

(18:40):
So okay, instead of beingjealous, how can I view that as,
oh, look at what's possible forme, what is this about?
Right, like, oh, that means I'mable to make that much money,
or whatever, and I obviouslyknow what I'm doing.
You know how can I look at it?
To be happy for that person, versus being jealous or feeling

(19:01):
insecure, or you know all thesethings.
There's so much I can say, soask me another question.

Yuli (19:07):
Well, I love this so much and so resonates, but I wanted
to just come back for a secondto that psychic healer who had
the book schedule and seeminglyperfect business that made her
burn out.
So, because I am seeing a lotof practitioners in that place,
right, that they're just likethey can't give up all those
private appointments becausethey make a bulk of their

(19:29):
business, right, it's reallyscary, but you also cannot
continue in the same pacebecause you're burning out.
Where do you go from there?
Yeah, what was your?

Jen (19:38):
advice.
I love that.
So now it's like her life iscompletely transformed and she's
created courses that now teachother people how to tap into
their intuition.
So again, that model ofbecoming a teacher not that this
is for everyone, but she's ableto charge more and work less.
Right, and it's not based onher hourly schedule, but she's

(20:00):
created programs now that areevergreen programs that people
can then buy and be a part of,and she's available for specific
calls, you know, specific daysof the month to answer questions
to her students who've boughther programs, and it's a
schedule that works out so muchbetter for her.
She's moved to the mountainswith her love, you know.
She gets to spend way more timein nature, like it's just a

(20:23):
totally different lifestyle.
And not only did she replaceher income, she's making like
three times more than she wasmaking before.
Right, and she's making abigger impact this way, because
now she's helping other people.
Then, you know, do thosepsychic readings or do whatever
that they're doing in theirlives.
So I think, also from ourlimited perspective, it's again

(20:46):
like if I step into this biggerthing, I could make an even
bigger impact, and I think weget stuck on business models
just because that's the way wesee everybody doing things.
But there is always like athird door.
It's like just looking at itfrom that higher perspective,
because if we think about thequantum field, we're one point
on the field.
We can only see things that arenearby us, based on that

(21:09):
limited perspective.
But we are the field right,we're not just that point of
where we think we are in time.
So it's like taking that higherperspective.
And also here's the thing I loveto with manifesting ask
yourself what do I want?
Number one.
Number two how will I feel whenI have that thing that I want?

(21:29):
And number three how can I feelthat way now?
So, for example, let's talkabout abundance.
I want to feel abundant, I wantto feel free, I want to be able
to control my time.
You know, those are maybe threethings.
So how can I feel that way now?
Right?
So there are things that you cando right now to allow yourself

(21:49):
to have the feelings of the samefeelings when you actually have
manifested that big dream andthat is now shifting your
vibration to be a vibrationalmatch to the thing that you want
.
So, okay, what can I do to feelfree?
Maybe I'll go for a bike ride,maybe I'll run.
I don't know what it is, youknow like for you, what that
makes you just feel alive andfree and what makes me feel

(22:11):
abundant.
Maybe I'll take a bath and I'lllike bubbles and candles, or,
you know, like it doesn't needto cost anything to allow
yourself to.
Oh, I'm going to put on myfavorite dress, or you know
whatever, and I'm going to calla friend, or I'm going to walk
this part of town that makes mefeel so magical.
Right, that shifts yourvibration.

(22:31):
It really does.
And so the more that we can kindof tune in, because manifesting
is not just a writing of anintention, but it comes from a
feeling place and it's thefeelings associated to that.
Everything is a vibration inthe universe, everything is a
frequency.
So we can tune our channel tobe a vibrational match, even

(22:53):
before we have what we want.
Just like you can smile and itreleases endorphins that allow
you to be happy.
Right, I don't need to be happyfirst.
I can smile, I can fake laugh.
It leads to the real laugh, right?
So this is kind of like okay, how can I change my channel?
The highest frequencies of theuniverse are gratitude, awe and

(23:15):
love, right.
So what are things that canmake me feel grateful right now
when I think of you, know, mylife, what's something
awe-inspiring?
It doesn't have to be fromtoday, maybe it was an
experience I had before that Ican tap into, or just looking at
my hands and how magical it isthat I can move them, you know,
and that my heart is beating, like that's all inspiring right

(23:38):
my breath.
What's love?
Like something that I love, like just tuning into that
frequency.
It shifts, right, it shifts you.
So I would say everything isconnected and you already start
to feel better.
You start to feel like okay, yes, like these small little things
lead to bigger things, thesmall little appreciation leads

(24:00):
to more things coming in.
So you know, with abundance, how am I already abundant?
And then you can start to, youknow, create a list.
Oh well, I'm abundant infriendships and I love my
apartment or my house, or youknow whatever, and my house
plants and you know whatever.
And so you can just start tolike oh yes, I'm telling you

(24:21):
from experience, not only withme and my clients, but there
will always be a new dream.
It's not like.
Well, when all of this comestogether, then I will be happy
Because it's not like.
Well, when all of this comestogether, then I will be happy,
because once you manifest thatthing, there's going to be
another idea that comes in, andso life is about enjoying every
moment.
Everything happens in thepresent tense, always, and all
things are happening all at once, right, so it's, how can I be

(24:46):
happy in this moment today?
What is something I can do toraise my vibration right now and
feel good?

Yuli (24:53):
Well, we're raising it right now.
Just talking to you is raisingmy vibrations for the day.
Yes, I can listen to you onrepeat as a motivational talk of
the morning and no, it's justvery beautifully said, and you
know I also for our listenersthat.
One important thing I forgot tomention, for those of you who
are really enjoying Jen's adviceshe's actually going to be live

(25:17):
in person, not as a hologram oran audio on your headphones.
She's going to be live with usin New York City, in Brooklyn to
be precise, on October 10th.
So, those of you who arelistening live or right after
this episode airs, I'm just soexcited to bring JAN's magic to

(25:39):
our community.
Many of you know that we'rehosting our Healers Exchange,
our inaugural big event bringingtogether 200 holistic
practitioners on October 10thfor a full day of just learning,
transforming our businesses, upgrading our businesses, having
amazing workshops, and Jen isgoing to be our opening one.

(26:01):
We're going to have a powermanifestation workshop we're
going to have, we're going totalk about abundance with an
amazing financial behaviorist.
We're going to do a marketingchallenge.
We're going to challenge you inall directions, right, and then
we're going to do our healersexchange, which is some of it is
going to be group healings andsmall groups and big groups.
Some of those are going to beone-on-one really sharing your

(26:23):
own gifts with each other andlearning from each other and,
you know, just closing in onebig circle and sharing your
experience with the community.
So I was super excited aboutthat whole day and then having
Jen to open that day and put usin that kind of right mindset
that she just talked about sowell.

(26:45):
So I cannot wait.
You know, obviously we're allcommunicating remotely and
quantumly and we get the message, but I think just being in
person and hearing thesemessages when you're also in a
large group of peers, it's justsomething about.
It is very powerful.
So please join us and get thisexperience.

(27:08):
You deserve it.

Jen (27:10):
Yeah, so the link is in the show notes to get your ticket.
Yes, yes, awesome, absolutely.
And the other thing, too, yuli,is like it's about the
connection in person, right, andthe synchronicities.
There's nothing like it, right.
When you come together, itreally is magical, like, whoever
you end up meeting, you'remeant to meet that day and

(27:34):
whatever new ha that you'remeant to have or the help that
you're meant to get.
And I always feel like there'sagain.
It might feel like there aremistakes in the universe, but
there never is a mistake in theuniverse.
You're always in the rightplace at the right time.
I actually met my partner, who Imade my board game with at a
conference very similar to whatyou're creating.

(27:55):
We were both at an event inColorado and she knew my work as
the queen of manifestation andhad an idea to create a board
game for adults, something thatwas positive and reached out to
me and was like will you createthis board game with me?
And I said yes and I thought,oh, this is just a fun side
project.
Obviously, I'm really intoempowering people and I love

(28:17):
play, and so a game was perfect, and I have a background as an
artist, so designing a boardgame was so fun and then,
because we did that, it led tothen I got to play the board
game at TED.
It led to, then I got to playthe board game at TED, right.
And then we get an email fromLincoln Motors asking us to be

(28:38):
in a car commercial talkingabout our board game that we
created as like free PR andgetting paid to be in a car
commercial that then airedonline for Fast Company and Inc.
So it's so many synchronicities.
And another littlesynchronicity, even though you
can't see it, I'll show you, guys, when I'm in person with
you in New York.
But my book that I got thisbook deal with Simon and

(28:59):
Schuster this is a whole story,a manifestation of it in and of
itself.
But they design your book coverfor you when you have a book
deal with a publishing company.
So they sent me my cover toapprove and they didn't know
that we were creating a boardgame at the same time and we
designed that and we have aprototype being made in China
and they sent me my book coverand they both match.

(29:21):
They're both turquoise withgold and white sparks on them
and people think I branded itthat way and it was totally a
synchronicity, right.
That's why I say, like thereare other people who are meant
to play their part, like somehowthe person whose job it was to
design my book cover had theidea, because she received it
from the universe we're allchanneling, right that, oh, it

(29:44):
should be turquoise, the cover, you know, and gold and a spark
Like what you know.
That is incredible, and a sparkLike what that is incredible.
And so it's just like there'sno mistake ever.
One of my clients he was doing abusiness deal.
He wanted to do a business dealwith someone from another state
.
He was in Virginia, I think itwas like he wanted to do
something in North Carolina.

(30:04):
He was on vacation in Martha'sVineyard and waiting for takeout
at a restaurant with his familyand he's in a line.
So he says hello to the personnext to him.
It's a woman, and she sayswhere she's from.
It's from that small town inNorth Carolina.
He's been trying to reach thisguy.
And so he said, oh, that's sointeresting, I've been trying to
reach this guy to.

(30:24):
You know the head of whatever.
Do you happen to know him?
And the woman smiles, repeatsback the back, the name oh, you
mean this guy and he's like, yeah, she turns to her husband,
who's standing right next to herthat's my husband.
And so they meet and theyexchange numbers and they end up
setting up a call, you know, todo business later.
I have so many stories like this.

(30:45):
You guys, I'm telling you youneed to be at that event October
10th, because you never knowwho you're meant to be meeting,
not only for your own healing oryour growth, you know, as
spiritual growth, wealth,whatever.
But I always feel like how Yuliand I are connected.
I love to play this game ofthreading things back, and this

(31:05):
is actually an exercise fromDeepak Chopra, where you can
look at someone significant inyour life and how you met them,
and then who allowed you to, youknow, then meet them and you
can kind of draw a thread backto how you got that opportunity,
whether it's a significantperson or an apartment or a job,
right.
So Yuli and I got connectedthrough our mutual friend, shira

(31:26):
, and I don't know if you knowthis, yuli, but Shira and I met
on an airplane.
I know she told me this crazystory.
So I mean, we were both on anairplane and going to New York I
think it was from Florida orsomething.
And then we were in a taxi linetogether.
Afterwards I don't remember herfrom the flight, but she
remembered seeing me on theflight and I was in the long

(31:48):
taxi line.
It was a long taxi line this isway before Lyft and Ubers,
right.
And so she was like I'm goingto ask her to share a cab with
me, because I must have beenlike in front of her in the line
or something.
So she came up to me.
I was like oh, we were on thesame flight together, you know.
Do you want to share a cab?
I was like sure.

Yuli (32:14):
That's how we met.
And then now that you and Ithat's incredible.
So you share that taxi ride, sowe can connect, and so you can
come to New York City and speakat a Healers Exchange event,
because there's somebody, ormultiple people, that can't wait
their practices to betransformed.
And it all started with a cabride.

Jen (32:27):
Yes, and here's the thing is like oftentimes we feel like
we're not ready or we need to doall these things first.
And I'm telling you, if youhave a desire, you're ready now.
You're ready now because youwouldn't have that desire if you
weren't ready.
And everything new you want inyour life is going to feel
uncomfortable at first becauseit's new.

(32:47):
So even if you're comfortable, you know or you might say, I'm
not comfortable because I wantmore Everything around you that
you've manifested on some levelyou're comfortable with because
it's what you know.
So a new event, a newexperience, you know, making
more money, being in your dreamrelationship, all those things
it's all going to feeluncomfortable at first because
it's new.

(33:08):
So we want to just reframediscomfort as a good thing.
That means I'm about to geteverything that I want.
So I know, sometimes it can bescary.
Maybe I don't know anyone elsewho's going to be there, I'm
going to book a flight to getthere, but it's like that's the
exciting feeling and we've allfelt that before.
You know, traveling to a newplace, it feels exciting and
that's because we're about toget what we want.

(33:28):
So I hope you can reframe thatdiscomfort as a good thing.

Yuli (33:32):
Yeah, I love that you brought it up because you know I
wonder often and you had somany conversations with people
that you know, look at eventsand me myself, I actually I
think it's such a like thatdecision-making right what do I
say yes to?
And when I look at events, youknow you often like it, and when
I look at events, you know youoften like it is sometimes a big
investment or time, you know,or flight that you need to take.

(33:54):
How is it?
Is it for me?
Is it worth it?
Is it, is it?
Am I going to meet the rightpeople?
There's this kind of likepressure.
A lot of stuff come up, a lotof feelings, a lot of thoughts.
And you know, sometimes I do, Imake those decisions on a whim,
I just say like yes, like justwithout even thinking.
But sometimes, like, thosethoughts do come in.

(34:16):
And it's funny that youmentioned that because I feel,
like with the healers exchange, like I do hear that from people.
Well, I don't know anyone elsewho's going, because many of us
are, or many practitioners.
They work as solo entrepreneurs, they're isolated, they don't
necessarily have this communityor other friends who get them,
who do what they do.
So you have to kind of justtrust and, you know, get that

(34:40):
ticket knowing that there willbe people there that are
potentially either going tochange your life or at least, at
the very least, you know youcan become LinkedIn friends.
I don't know.

Jen (34:50):
Right and change your life, that there's something there
for you.
It could be a new friendship, but it could be your own growth
right, and not being attachedbut knowing that there's some
reason that you're feelingcalled for, it Right.
And two things I think willhelp everybody, whether you're
coming to the event or not.
It's just a little languagereframe.
Anytime you find yourselfsaying I can't, I can't afford

(35:14):
that, I can't do that.
You know I love to switch it.
It doesn't become I can.
A lot of people think, oh, Ishould have an affirmation I can
, I can.
But that often actually feelsmore fake and it could actually
make you feel worse.
Like you know, I'm amillionaire, I'm a millionaire
and you're overdrawn on yourbank account.
You know it's like.
Instead, I change it to aquestion I can't becomes how can

(35:39):
I?
Therefore, I'm not saying I canwhen I don't believe it fully
yet, which then feels out ofalignment, but I'm saying well,
you know I'm open.
How can I, how can I go?
If I want to go right, how canI afford it?
For whatever it is, you knowthat I want to do.
So I'm not limiting myselfbecause, again, most of us are
limiting ourselves.

(35:59):
Either we limit ourselves thefirst time we have the idea to
do something, because we don'ttake action, we don't think it's
possible, because we don't haveenough time, money, experience,
connections, et cetera, or pastdisappointments.
Or we start to take action andthen obstacles show up and then
we give up, right, because anobstacle showed up and really
the giving up is like an excuseto get back into your comfort

(36:20):
zone for a lot of people, right, and so, okay, well, it wasn't
meant to be, you know.
And then I give up and stayhere.
So, really, it's, how can I?
And it's just about again thepractice of continuing to expand
and open up to what's possible, right?
And the other thing is, which ispart of the Sedona method for
those of you who practice thisis, instead of going into worst

(36:41):
case scenario, we can play withthe best case scenario.
What if best case scenario?
You can allow yourself to gointo the worst case scenario,
right?
What if everything goes wrong?

(37:14):
No-transcript give you guys isinstead of I have to all the
things on our to-do list, right,I get to.
So I get to go to the eventright in New York City, versus I
have to because I know thiswill be good for me.
Or you know, it's like, oh, Iget to, I'm finding the good.

(37:36):
I have to take my kids toschool, or I have to show up for
this client session.
I get to take my kids to school, I get to show up for the
client session.
What it does, it takes you outof victim mentality right, and
it puts you back in aparticipatory universe right.
I get to decide I chose to havethese kids, I chose this career

(37:58):
path right, so I recognize I'min the driver's seat.
I'm not a victim of mycircumstances Doesn't mean bad
things don't happen.
It means I can control how I'mshowing up right In the face of
change or whatever is happeningaround you and I get to allows
you to find the good in thesituation.
Oh, I get to spend time with mydaughter in the car, because

(38:19):
that's when she opens up andtells me things.
Or, oh, I get to work with thisclient I love.
You know the way I get to helpher and the way it makes me feel
to see you know her achievesuccess or whatever, right.
So, yeah, this is just a coupledifferent ways that you can
start to flip the way you'relooking at things and when you
do, you're going to see thingsstart to change because you're

(38:41):
viewing things from a differentperspective, you're kind of
operating at a differentfrequency, and so life becomes
more fun, more synchronistic,more playful.

Yuli (38:51):
I love that.
I love the planes that you'replaying in.
I definitely want to hang outin those zones and the
possibilities, no, and thelanguage reframing is just so
helpful and thank you forsharing that.
I think a lot of our listenersin this point are curious how

(39:13):
did you build your dreambusiness and or dream practice,
and maybe what's next, since weare always in the expansion mode
right, and the receiving mode, what else do you see coming your
way?

Jen (39:30):
Well, queen of Manifestation was really born
from my friends nicknaming methe Queen of manifestation.
And then they asked me to dolike a guided visualization and
some exercises one New Year'sEve when my friend was hosting a
vision boarding party, and so Idid, and then I led this
visualization and then peoplestarted to actually manifest
things that they saw in thevision pretty fast afterwards

(39:52):
and so that led to me creatingmy online program called
Manifestation Masters.
That's now, I think, in my 12thyear of running it and that's a
40-day program.
That's kind of advanced andreally like a kickstart of like
you're stepping into thingsevery day for 40 days with my
coaching and it's pretty awesome.
People experience amazingthings.

(40:14):
So I keep doing it.
And then people asked me it wasso organic again, like what is
the universe asking of you?
People asked me do you doprivate coaching?
So I started doing privatecoaching and you know clients
actually want a great story realquick.
One of my clients who was one ofthe first in my private
coaching practice she was anacupuncturist with a private
practice in California and shehad noticed that she was seeing

(40:37):
a lot of kids in her practicelike infants and who you know
she was treating and they weregetting great results, like
eczema, and they couldn't figureout how to cure it.
But through acupuncture, youknow it was, it was all better.
And so, working with me, Ihelped her, found acupuncture
pediatrics and so, again, thisis kind of like the 10x is

(40:58):
easier than 2x, instead of justraising her rates oh, how can I
now teach other acupuncturistshow to treat kids?
So I helped her launch thatprogram.
The very first month that shelaunched acupuncture pediatrics,
she had her first $60,000 month, right, wow.
So then we're going to do thistogether in New York City, you
guys.
I led her through a guidedvisualization and she saw she

(41:20):
thought, oh, I'm just workingwith Jen on acupuncture
pediatrics.
But then I took the dream up anotch, which I'm going to help
all of you, and then she sawthat there was a book and she
was writing a book and she got aphone call from in the vision,
from the CEO of Hay HousePublishing, reed Tracy, telling
her that she got the book.
Well, anyway, because of thevision, she started to write a

(41:40):
book proposal.
Nine months later, she got acall, just exactly as in the
vision, from the CEO of HayHouse, reed Tracy, telling her
that she got a book deal, whichdoes not normally happen.
You don't normally get a callfrom the CEO of a publishing
company.
So I share this, because it'snot just me, it's what I'm
helping you tune into foryourself, to trust that

(42:00):
intuition and take action fromthat.
So, anyway, that led to privatecoaching.
Now I have a mastermind.
I lead trips to Bali and Peruand it's so fun.
That's called the ManifestationClub, that's for women
entrepreneurs, and yeah, that'scalled the Manifestation Club,
that's for women entrepreneurs, and yeah, so that's kind of
where life has taken me and it'sbeen so awesome, so awesome.
Just, I mean, I have so manystories of amazing things.

Yuli (42:25):
Wow, that sounds incredible, especially the
manifestation journeys to Baliand Peru.
Both of my happen to be mynon-discovered yet destinations
that are high on the list.

Jen (42:39):
Well, Yuli, you and I should talk.
Peru is March 1st through 8th2025, for anyone listening.

Yuli (42:45):
All right, I'm writing down the dates.
So it seems like you already, like, conquered this planet,
right?
Where else can you expand yourdream, oh?

Jen (42:57):
my gosh.
Well, yes, and I'm.
I have a fun project that I'mworking out with my, my partner,
my love, who's a Grammynominated musician, and we
helped him manifest that youmanifested of course.

Yuli (43:12):
So we have a.
Was it that specific?
Did you request him to beGrammy nominee?
No, he wasn't.
Yeah, no, I had a specific.

Jen (43:19):
I had a specific type I was attracted to, for sure, and he
was a musician.
He's African and I, you know, was very into African culture
and and, long story short, hisbig dream was to this Grammy.
And I remember I had boughtthis dress that I.
There was no reason for me toget this dress.
It was on sale and it was likeleather and I never, you know

(43:42):
whatever, I would never wearthis dress somewhere.
But I was like this would be soperfect for the Grammys, this
is like.
And I had it in my closet withthe tags on it.
When he was nominated for theGrammys I was like oh, I have my
dress and it's still fit, and Iwore it to the Grammys.
Anyway, long story short, hecredits me that I helped him
because here's the thing, Ihelped him he did all of it.

(44:02):
It was his vision and there wasa point with his band, when it
was time to submit for theGrammys, his management was like
I don't think we should submit,Like we don't have any chance
of winning, Right.
So all along the way, he had tokeep that vision.
For other people then to see itand take action, and I feel
like, for all of us.
It's like we're holding thatvision and other people might

(44:24):
not get it, they might notunderstand, but it's up to you
to continue to hold space.
So then, okay, fine, Okay, youreally want to do this.
You know we'll submit, and thenthey submit.
Then there's like a process ofyou know we'll submit and then
they submit.
Then there's like a process ofyou know emailing people,
letting people know that you'vegot you know to vote, and so
it's like they kept going andthen they got the nomination
right, and so I think that'sit's such a good example of like

(44:48):
keep going.
And even for him, the songsthat he wrote that he was Grammy
nominated for, he wrote them 20years before they were Grammy
nominated.
He had written thosecompositions and kind of held on
to them because he maybe didn'twant to put it out with that
band that he was famous with andmaybe hold it on.
You know, for himself hedecided to put it out with that
band Boom.

(45:10):
Again, the idea of sharing andthere's enough for everyone,
right, and it's like let it out,and then it can be bigger and
better when we collaborate andconnect and help each other,
which is why I love what you'redoing with the Healist and the
event that we're going to be atin October, right?
So there's enough for everyone.
We all have different dreams, right, that connect with each

(45:30):
other, and so it's so fun.
I love to shift vulnerabilityto availability, and that I got
from Sonia Chokat, who's a greatintuitive and psychic.
Shifting vulnerability toavailability because it means
when I really am authentic andvulnerable, I'm available for
connection.
I'm available to receivesupport and give it, but

(45:51):
otherwise I'm holding it in formyself and then I'm not going to
experience all these amazingthings.

Yuli (45:59):
I love this so much.
Well, jen, you're such apleasure to talk with and I will
have you on a podcast anytimeyou want to come back, because I
feel like, outside of havingsome amazing advice, you also
happen to have some amazingsuccess stories with a lot of
practitioners which I feel likea lot of people need to hear,
because I think there's a lot ofshared struggle, and that has

(46:22):
its place, of course, that wewant to connect sometimes and
share some of our blocks we'regoing through, but you helped,
seems like an incredible groupof practitioners to really
elevate their practice, not justto the next level, to the level
they didn't even dream about,which I love.
So I just love some of thosestories because I think they

(46:44):
really hit home with a lot ofour listeners.
So thank you for sharing andthank you for being period and
thank you for also being therewith us and, since we're in
present time, right, we'realready there.
We're already in October.
In that event, I can totallysee it how everyone's
transforming with us and Icannot wait to hang out with the

(47:06):
person.

Jen (47:08):
Yay, me too.
Oh, and a little secret I'lllet you in on is, if you guys do
come to the event, everybody'sgonna get a copy of my book
Manifesting Made Easy.
So if you're showing up,that'll be a fun little bonus
for you, absolutely true.

Yuli (47:22):
Thanks for sharing the secret.
I totally forgot about thatgift from the universe.
Yeah Well, jen, it's a pleasure.
Please come back anytime andthank you again for sharing your
wisdom and all of thisincredible advice with our
listeners.

Jen (47:39):
Thanks for having me.
