The journey of finding your authentic voice can be deeply transformative—not just for you, but for everyone your work touches. In this two-year anniversary episode of The Heallist Podcast, Yuli reflects on how an unscripted, channeled experiment evolved into over fifty episodes of growth, healing, and powerful community connection. Through this journey, she’s discovered that true expansion often requires stepping beyond comfort zones and embracing unexpected forms of leadership.

Today, many healers are feeling a call into greater visibility—mentoring others, shaping collective conversations, and releasing limiting narratives around humility and self-promotion. While this evolution can feel vulnerable, it is part of stepping fully into one’s purpose.

In this episode, Yuli shares exciting updates, including the launch of 1:1 mentorships, the upcoming Healers Retreat at Menla, and reflections on how emerging technologies like AI can be used in service of holistic work. Her central message is clear: when healers hold back their voices, the world loses something vital. Your voice is medicine—and now is the time to share it.

Yuli (00:04):
Welcome to the Healist Podcast, where we inspire and
guide healers through businessexpansion.
We give voice to incrediblyabundant healers to share their
stories.
We dive into the quantum fieldto unlock the energies of
conscious creation.
We also develop digital toolsto help you grow, which you can

(00:25):
find on healistcom.
I'm your host, yuli, and I'mgrateful you chose to join this
space.
Now let's go deep.
Hello, my dear friends, andwelcome to this very special
two-year anniversary of theHealist Podcast episode, and I
just can't believe we're hereand it's been two incredible

(00:47):
years with more than 50 episodes, incredible guests that I had a
chance to bring to the spaceand really go deep on different
topics.
So thank you for everyone wholistens.
It's hard sometimes in thepodcast space because you don't
have as much connection with theaudience as you have in other

(01:07):
mediums and social media and youcan feel lonely.
You can feel like you'retalking to an empty room.
But I found this to be the mostincredible creative outlet for
me and I actually love thisempty room idea because it
really releases all kinds offears and blocks and

(01:28):
expectations and insecuritiesand allows me to just speak to
you from my heart and thechannel which I mostly.
That's what I do.
Those of you who listen to ourepisodes you know that I like to
do it completely improvised andcompletely channeled.
It's never prepared, there'snever questions, and I like to

(01:51):
learn as much as I can about myguest in advance, but really
allow this room for explorationand see where conversation takes
us.
And it's been so incrediblejust to watch how different
topics and subjects came upwithout me even ever thinking
that the episode is going to goin that direction and just

(02:12):
allowing that flow and reallyallowing for both of us to
channel some of those ideas andtopics.
So I'm just I'm excited.
And it's hard because I thinksometimes, you know, we expect
those things, we start thoseprojects and I really started it
and as an experiment to see ifI would even like it and what

(02:32):
the process will be like.
I didn't want it to become oneof those burdens, one of those
things on my to-do list, right, that I know is good for the
business and I know it's goodfor me to do.
But it's another thing and Ireally, really I promised to
myself I'm going to keep doingit as long as I feel this
passion and this creative flow, and I'm not going to lie.

(02:54):
There've been momentsthroughout those two years that
I questioned whether it'ssomething that I should be
continuing investing my time in,and there's other things I
could be doing, and you know asmuch as those conversations are
short.
It takes up your energy, thepreparation, the guest
coordination, and you know thewhole process, even with

(03:16):
assistance of other amazingpeople on my team.
But and sometimes it's hard tofind the value right, especially
in something like a podcastwhat does it do for the Healers
business in my case?
What does it do for me?
What value it brings to others?
And again, with a podcast, especially something like this,

(03:37):
that is not commercialized right, it's sometimes hard to find to
justify the time investment andthe energy investment, and so
I'm not going to lie.
There was moments during thosetwo years that you know I look
at the, the investment, and thenI look back at the some of the
metrics around it, becausethat's our only way sometimes to

(03:59):
measure.
I think that's the hard partsometimes about the business we
have to use those metrics toevaluate something.
But I have to say I'm givingmyself permission to continue
with this creative outlet, eventhough it's really hard right
now to attach any businessmetrics to this venture and

(04:21):
truly measure the impact.
What drives me is to haveoccasional conversation with one
of my listeners that theymentioned one of the episodes or
something that was so, on timeand so on, point for them to
hear at this specific moment, and that's what keeps me going,
and it can be one or two ofthose conversations and that's

(04:42):
enough to justify all of this.
So I think what's one of theone of those ventures that I'm
going to continue doing, maybedespite any kind of logical
business mind, just because Iknow there's a higher purpose to
it.
I know I didn't start it fornothing, started for nothing and

(05:11):
I know it was my moment to findmy voice.
The two years ago I remember itso vividly I came back from an
incredible ceremony with ashamanic practitioner and
something.
It was really not the mostpleasant healing experience I've
had, really not the mostpleasant healing experience I've
had, let me tell you that.
But something opened up and Icould just feel it and literally
two days later I recorded thefirst episode and I just knew I

(05:36):
found my voice and even thoughthe podcast idea was in my head
for a few months, if not for acouple of years, it never came
out until that very moment.
I needed to go through thathealing process.
I needed to unblock somethingin myself to be able to find my
voice and it wasn't just in thatmoment.

(05:58):
And continuing to refine myvoice for the next two years,
right, and I probably I can'tlisten to my very first episodes
because they're probably kindof still very rusty and I didn't
have the format still figuredout.
But I just knew it's somethingI had to plunge into, I had to

(06:20):
pursue and see where it takes me.
And even though it's going tobe this kind of public process
of self-refinement, I knew itwas the only way to do it.
It's not something you canpractice on your own, privately,
right, record a few episodesand wait and wait until there's
a perfect one and then releaseit.

(06:40):
The only way to do thoseprojects is just let go of all
self-consciousness, of all theblocks and insecurities, and
just let it be, let it be in thepublic eye and heal through
that process.
So that's what I've been doing.
For me it's literally been thisvocal experiment and finding my

(07:01):
voice and finding my stage, eventhough often it feels lonely
and there's no one around mewhen I record those things and,
by the way again.
I never prepare them, I justlet it flow, I get in my zone, I
get in my flow state and thenjust channel through, like I'm
doing right now.
And I think the process itselfand this is what I'm learning

(07:25):
through this experience thatjust the process of allowing
yourself to speak your mindwithout knowing what the next
word is going to be it is soempowering and I feel like we're
not doing enough of that, especially we women not to
stereotype anyone, but I thinkwomen or healers or anyone who's

(07:47):
been in any audiences that feellike they've been, you know,
maybe silenced for some time orany individual right that had a
hard time finding their voice.
We get into that place where wefeel like everything that we
put out has to be extremelythought through and calculated,
because maybe in the past whenwe said things, they were

(08:12):
misinterpreted or somehowmisunderstood.
So we put this extra pressureon ourselves to overanalyze
everything.
Right, and what I'm doingthrough this process, I'm
allowing myself to channel whatcomes through in the rawest form

(08:34):
and with the minimum of editingand I'm doing it purposely, by
the way, just vocally andthrough audio only, because I
feel like when you add the imageelement, this is where it adds
another layer of pressure andmaybe one day, one day, I'll be

(08:55):
ready to work on both at thesame time.
But right now it feels right tojust channel through the vocal
channel, to just channel throughthe vocal channel, even though
there's a lot of pressure outthere to have a video format,
because this is where podcastingis going.
Everyone is putting togetherthis nice, professional looking

(09:18):
video talk shows right, andthat's been incredible to watch
this industry.
But it also comes with morepressure and I'm giving myself
permission not to step into thatplace right now, and even
though it's very tempting and Iknow it's going to raise the
viewership and I know it's goingto unlock the whole new

(09:38):
audience for us and I know a lotof people love watching those
conversations and interviews, lot of people love watching
those conversations andinterviews but for me, right now
, exploring the audio part feelsright.
It feels enough, there's stillenough to unlock and unpack in
this kind of exercise of findingyour raw voice that is

(10:02):
completely, you know,uncommercialized, unfiltered,
unpackaged with anything.
So thank you for being part ofthis experiment.
That was my very long gratitudetalk to really thank anyone who
will listen to even a glimpseof one of our episodes, because

(10:24):
you were part of this healingjourney and you allowed by being
there, you created a space forme to share parts of me, allowed
all of our guests to share partof themselves and create what I
create.
What I try to create in everyconversation is very authentic
and raw and deep conversationabout topics that might be

(10:46):
overlooked or we might not beexploring too deep and on other
mediums, and I think they'reimportant.
So that's what I'm here for andthat's what I'm going to be
continuing doing, and what Iwanted to bring up in this very
special episode is the fact thatalso, a lot of us are being

(11:08):
initiated these days and, justlike me, I've been initiated
into this podcast host role, which I didn't dream for myself
even a few years ago.
It was never on my radar, though.
It was never on my radar, but Iwas clearly.
There's clear signs and cleardirections to pursue this, and

(11:29):
now, two years later, I'm beinginitiated into my next role and
taking even to bigger and moreexpensive places of perhaps
influence or mentorship.
As I like to think about it, andI know that a lot of people

(11:52):
around me and what I'm seeing, especially anyone in the
holistic space, anyone in thewellness and spirituality.
A lot of us are going throughturmoil and reorg internal,
external reorg where we'rereally asked to step up our game
, and for everyone it might lookin different shape and form.

(12:16):
For me, healist is my tool oftransformation, even though it's
a company that builds tools forother healers.
But, as the way universe works,it is my personal tool of
transformation, even though it'sa company that built tools for
other healers.
But, as the way universe works,it is my personal tool of
transformation and the work I'vebeen doing while building this
company, the self-growth andself-realization work it's just

(12:38):
been nothing that I've everexperienced in my entire life.
So, again, this podcast is partof it and I'm being asked to
step up into a new role now, going forward into this role of
a mentor to healers and reallybring even more clearly some of

(13:00):
my business and technical andmarketing skills to the table in
a way that really allowshealers to access some of this
knowledge that I was reallyfortunate to gain through my
building ventures and creatingcompanies.

(13:22):
So, while in the past I wasmore of behind the scenes
building the product and, youknow, building this community,
I'm asked to step into a rolethat I'm actually directly
sharing this knowledge moreproactively.

(13:44):
And again, it's not somethingthat has been planned.
It was never part of the plan.
I just remember when I was justthinking about this business, I
always said it was not about me.
I'm just here to serve thehealers, I'm just here to build
the tools and everything isgoing to just work out fine.
And it's funny sometimes, looking back and here we are and

(14:07):
I'm getting now much clearermessages that are urging me to
step up and get out of my youknow, my own shadows and from
behind the scenes of thisbusiness and really figure out a
way to do it that is stillheart centered, still comes from

(14:27):
a place of service, to do itthat is still heart-centered,
still comes from a place ofservice and not from a place of
this old idea of leadership thatwas largely driven by ego,
right?
So I think that that's reallymy next lesson Can I lead from
the heart and still find a wayto put myself out there as a

(14:53):
leader, as a mentor, and notjust feel good about it, but
truly, truly do it from a placeof service and keep my ego in
check and also get rid of someof the insecurities and some of
those like residual locks thatare still sitting there and are

(15:15):
still kind of, you know, doubting and questioning and and
the self-conscious voices thatI think many of us have in our
heads right, I try to selfsabotage anytime we step out of
our comfort zone.
And listen, I've been steppingout of my comfort zone my entire
life, so I'm very comfortableno pun intended stepping out of

(15:38):
my comfort zone.
But this one is different, itfeels different because it's
really I know everyone keepssaying it's another level, we're
moving into a new dimension andthere's all of that talk and
it's very true, but I can feelit with every cell in my body
that this is another dimension.
This is not about the way weused to do things in the past.

(16:02):
This is not about kind of theold way of doing business of
leading people, of mentoringpeople, of the old way of doing
business of leading people, ofmentoring people.
This is like a whole new layeror the whole new dimension of
mentorship.
That is a lot of.
It is energetic, a lot of it isliterally holding space for
healers and being there actively, not just behind the scenes,

(16:25):
not just somebody who's buildingtools and support somebody
who's more actively hold spacefor healers, and that's
something, again, I did not seecoming.
I did not.
It wasn't part of the businessplan, but I'm also trying to

(16:47):
well, not trying.
I'm also extremely grateful tobe in this position, to be even
this opportunity to be initiatedinto something like this right.
It just feels such a sacredspace to be in, right, and I'm
just, I'm so honoring thisopportunity and the importance
of it.
So I just wanted to acknowledgethat and I know a lot of you

(17:10):
that feel maybe in differentways, maybe you initiate it in
different ways, but you feellike you've been asked to step
up.
You've been asked to getoutside of your comfort zone and
do more of this or that orexpand in different directions.
I know many of you are goingthrough that right now because

(17:31):
it's the times we live in and,as much as it can be
overwhelming for many of us andalso unsettling, right, because
we're losing, all of us are alsoshedding our old identity,
right, and we're being asked toput on this new, maybe more
powerful identity, moreinfluential identity.

(17:55):
I know it can be unsettling, Iknow it can be confusing, but
again, what I'm doing and Isuggest maybe this different
perspective to some of you who'sgoing through the same thing is
again lead with gratitude andand just just acknowledge this
very privileged space of beinginitiated and this is the path

(18:20):
that your soul chose for you.
And how incredible it is, eventhough all the hardships and all
the everything that comes withexpansion right can be painful.
Sometimes it's like extending afabric, stretching a fabric
right.
So this is how it might feel, like you're being really
stretched, but it's also again areally a big privilege to be

(18:48):
called to expand in these times, and especially if you're called
to lead or influence otherpeople, and if you're a healer,
as I like to say, you'reinfluencing a lot of people.
You might not call in this way,you might call it just a little
practice or something or a giftthat you have, but you are

(19:08):
influencing, you're impacting alot of people in ways that you
can't even imagine.
So, if you're asked to expandyour influence, be grateful.
You're here to lead this nextchapter and the world needs you
right now.
Okay, so it's not about you, Ithink reframing also and

(19:31):
forgetting some of thoseuncomfortable moments that you
have with yourself during thatexpansion it's really not about
you.
It's about serving others andhow many others need those
services that you provide.
Oh, let's take a deep breath.
Oh, let's take a deep breath.
So to share more detail about mypersonal expansion and to give

(19:54):
you a little more color so Imentioned that I'm asked to step
up in more of a mentor role.
So how does that reflect in thebusiness?
Right, because I'm the kind ofperson when I get those
downloads and I get a very cleardirection, I'm very action
oriented.
I have those two sides in me.

(20:16):
I have the spiritual guidanceand channeling, but I also have
a pretty active, actionable side, being like quadruple Scorpio.
So I like to act on thosethings.
Because what I find, one thingthat really blocks my energy and
creates a lot of imbalance forme, is when I get those new

(20:41):
directions and I don't act onthem, because what happens is
that energy becomes kind ofboiling inside or stagnant, and
it's not good for my body, mindand spirit.
So this is something I see alot as well, a lot of people.
When they're going through thisexpansion mode and they get the

(21:02):
new direction, the next step isoften really challenging, right?
Because now you need to figureout how to actually put it in
action, even if you know, withevery cell of your body, this is
what you're supposed to bedoing.
It's hard sometimes to actuallybring things into reality, so
I'm fortunate to kind of havethat side that often just goes

(21:25):
and does what needs to be done.
So as soon as I got thedirection, I was ready.
So we launched recently newservices on Healist and I'm
going to be offering mentorshipwith one-on-one mentorship with
myself, again bringing all of mybusiness experience into the

(21:50):
holistic healing world andworking with healers one-on-one
in two key areas.
One in business strategy comingup with a very quick plan of

(22:12):
action and very, again, simpleand actionable steps and
creating this kind of roadmapfor expansion.
That is very doable, that isnot overwhelming.
So that's one type of servicereally looking at all the areas
of the business and learning alittle bit about what you do and
what the goals are andidentifying very quick
opportunities to transform andcreate change very quickly.

(22:35):
Okay, I'm very excited to offerthat and I can't wait to work
with.
Actually, today I already gotmy very first client.
This is what happens when youput those things out in the
universe that they start and ifit's right and if it's all
aligned, it starts happeningvery quickly, so I can't wait to
start my first session soon andthen another service that I'm

(22:58):
going to be offering.
This is what our extended teamis a marketing plan development,
and this is something againthat came out of working with so
many incredible healers andthen who really struggling to
figure out the marketing gameright and then, from different

(23:19):
reasons, being, you know, resistant to it, to the whole
idea of self-promotion, notknowing which channels to focus
on, being overwhelmed by socialmedia, by being seen, by being
heard, all of that, and I feellike just spending now quite a
few years in the space.
I've seen it all and I've heardit all and I have a really good

(23:41):
ideas, really good ideas aroundhow we can unblock some of
those challenges, but not justunblock them.
Actually help you again definesome quick ways to make it right
for you right and create thismarketing plan that is truly
yours.
It's not something that youknow somebody gave you a

(24:03):
template for or someone else isdoing, to truly understand what
your strengths are and what someof the things that you're
really not comfortable doing yet, and we don't have to go there,
but building something that istrue for you and that it feels
good.
Actually, I think that's thegoal, really with those sessions

(24:24):
to come out with something thatfeels so aligned, makes you so
passionate and excited aboutyour next chapter that you're
actually not seeing as anotheritem on your to-do list.
You cannot wait to start it.
So that's what we're going tobe developing identifying some
key formats that work for you interms of promoting your

(24:46):
services, promoting yourknowledge and what you do, and
helping you being seen and beingheard Again, just myself going
through this process oflaunching this podcast, you know
, launching this company andstepping more into the stage.
I would love to help otherhealers do the same, because one

(25:07):
thing that I consistently seein this audience is and you, my
dear friends, is this like huge, huge humility, right and huge,
like just service orientedpersonas that are just not
comfortable and, you know, feeloften shame or guilt around

(25:30):
promoting anything they do.
And it's just, again, it's soneeded these days that it's
beyond, it has to go beyond yourpersonal limitations, because
the world needs more of thiskind of content and these types
of voices, your voices and I'lltell you what happens when you

(25:52):
don't use your voice and youdon't share your knowledge.
There are other forces in thisworld that take up the stage,
okay.
So, really, when I tell peopleyou need to be more seen, you
need to be more heard, this isnot about you.
This is about the fact that theworld needs more of what you

(26:16):
are producing in your head, withyour hands, whatever you do.
But this is what needs to bepart of the conversation.
Otherwise, the conversationbecomes very one-sided and and
there's other forces in thisworld that are very good in that
conversation and controlling itand leading it.
Okay.
So we need you as the leader ofthis new chapter that we all

(26:41):
writing right now.
So anything we can do you knowmyself, we at Healist anything
we can do to help you shine, tohelp you voice what you do and
things you stand for, that'swhat these sessions are meant to

(27:01):
do.
And the more I work with healers, I realized technology alone is
just not enough, and that's whywe created our masterclasses
that run by incredible expertsthat come every month and teach
our incredible community ofhealers anything from finance to
operation and marketing.

(27:21):
And then the next step was andthe more we did those
masterclasses, I realized thereis even deeper help that is
needed and more personalized andcustom help, and this is why I
decided to offer these servicesas a again, as an experiment and
as our way to give back to ourcommunity, but also truly, truly

(27:46):
have this opportunity to workwith the 101 and help you get to
that next level, right, yournext chapter.
So that's part of my initiationand it feels good.
For a while it was I was alittle confused about that part
because, again, it wasn't partof the original plan and I

(28:07):
wanted to make sure that italigned still with the Healist
mission and doesn't spread metoo thin in a way.
But I also realized this ispart of the work, right, and our
work sometimes can lookdifferent, it can spread across
different formats, it can havedifferent shapes and forms, and

(28:31):
not everything has to bemeasured by business metrics,
right.
So it just felt something thatthe world is needed right now,
and here I am, and so we'reoffering that.
And another thing that I wouldsay one of my biggest
initiations probably going to benext month, and I'm really,
really looking forward to thatbut we're hosting, as many of

(28:54):
you know, and some of you arecoming and joining us we're
hosting our very first HealersRetreat in Menla in Catskills,
new York Amazing, incredibleresort that is owned by the
Tibet House USA, that is a DalaiLama foundation here in America
, and it's really a magicalplace.

(29:14):
And the program we put togetherand everything that comes and
everyone who's coming so far andthe incredible guides that are
we that are gonna be alsooffering their services and
their guidance is it's just, everything is just coming
together magically.
I can't even explain to you.

(29:35):
People that's supposed to bethere are just showing up
without us even inviting themand it's just.
I know it's going to be one ofthose transformational weekends
for everyone involved.
So if you're still thinking, ifyou're listening to it,
hopefully early enough to signup, it's May 16th through 18th.

(29:56):
It's a weekend and really it'snot one of those retreats that
you're coming to rest and relaxSorry, wrong place.
It's one of those weekends whenyou come to truly transform and
do some deep work, connect withyour peers in a deeper level
and also learn new things, uncover new things about

(30:21):
yourself as a leader of this newworld.
And we're going to be leading acouple of business workshops as
well.
And we're going to be leading acouple of business workshops as
well.
Alistair Gray, who's anincredible international coach,
is joining us and he's going tobe leading a session on growth
and that is part of myinitiation as a mentor.
I'm actually going to beleading my very first session in

(30:44):
something that I call livebusiness healings and it's
something that that again waschanneled to me in one of my
meditations and I cannot wait toactually bring it to reality,
as much as it's probably yeah,it's an interesting choice for
me to do for the first time inMenla, in the sacred place, and
our very first retreat, ahealer's retreat.

(31:05):
But I'm giving myselfpermission to again to just
channel and go for this rawexploration.
But what I'm going to beworking with is two or three
select practitioners who aregoing to be doing this live
business kind of analysis andbusiness planning with the

(31:28):
audience.
So we're going to be liveworkshopping their business plan
, their marketing plans andtrying to tackle some of the
common issues and blocks peopleare facing, so everyone can kind
of learn from that experience.
So it's going to be very raw andunscripted, as I like to do,

(31:49):
and I'm just super excited.
I have no idea what's going tocome out of those sessions and
who are going to be the bravesouls that are going to come on
stage and share some of thechallenges that they're working
through and how I can help them, how the audience can help them.
But I'm just like I knowthere'll be some magical moments
there.
I just trust it.

(32:10):
It just it came to me in such astrong shape and form that I
know those things I have totrust.
So that's how I'm beinginitiated.
If any of this resonates, I hopeyou appreciate this vulnerable
share and thank you again forbeing part of my journey.
I think, again, many of us arewalking between the worlds these

(32:32):
days and that's how I feelwalking between this tech world
that is also changing at adramatically high pace and this
holistic, healing world that isjust opening up and awakening
and blossoming in so manyincredible ways.
So I really have like one fitin each, and so I feel like I

(32:58):
have this even more exponentialgrowth when I'm kind of taking
those elements from both ofthose worlds and mixing them
together.
And I got to tell you as muchas the healing and awakening
world is evolving, what'shappening in the technology
world is even maybe morefascinating, because everything

(33:21):
that we're going through with AIand I know for some of you it
might be a triggering subject orsomething that you don't want
to be part of.
You have some legitimateconcerns about.
But I got to tell you, more andmore in the last year or so,
I've been embracing AI andexperimenting with a lot of some

(33:44):
of those new tools andtechnologies that are out there,
and it's just incredible to seethe transformative moments it
creates and HOOD adds anotherlayer to our human intelligence,
if used correctly, like anytool.
And you know, I attended acouple of weeks ago a launch of

(34:06):
Deepak Chopra's AI twin in NewYork City, which was such an
incredible experience.
And, first of all, dr Chopra isone of the really most
incredible leaders in the spaceand, not to mention, at his 78
years old, he's innovating andpioneering the space with his

(34:28):
very own AI twin.
And what he did, what it meansbasically, for those of you who
are wondering, he put his entirebody of work and about close to
a hundred books that he'swritten and articles and
publications and thousands ofvideos that he recorded.
He put it all into this largedatabase right and then

(34:51):
basically put AI layer on top ofit that is able to search for
this entire content and find theright answers to your questions
.
So when you come on to DeepakChopraai, you are able to ask a
question and receive a reallyprecise, deep, incredible answer

(35:15):
, and not just read it, but alsolisten to it in the voice of
Deepak Chopra and on top of that, he can answer that in five
different languages, which isalso translated by AI.
So this is, I think, a reallyone incredible example of a use

(35:37):
case when AI is used right andfor the benefit of humanity,
just allowing access in peoplein so many countries and maybe
with limited access to holisticcare or spiritual teachings,
right, allowing them access tothis wisdom.
I think that's what really AIis all about and I'm really

(36:02):
excited to see where thatevolves.
And I was excited to see apioneer and leader like Dr
Chopra stepping into the spaceand showing us the way and it's
just.
I think it gives me hope thatmaybe that will help for a lot
of people in this holistic andwellness space to embrace it

(36:25):
again for in a way that reallyhelps humanity and I know it
will, I know it can and it'salready helping.
But I think we need to alsorelease some of our blocks and
resistances around it and fearsI think a lot of it is fears.
I couldn't say it better thanDr Chopra himself, that is just

(36:51):
another layer that enhances thehuman intelligence.
I think anyone who fears that AIis going to take over and has
even any chance in competitionwith our own consciousness as
just you know maybe not seeingthe full picture and maybe
didn't have direct experiencewith AI in the way some of us

(37:12):
have but it also pushes us ashumans to evolve as species,
right, and realize that we'renot.
We're way more than this kindof a machine or brain machine,
right, that memorizes facts andspits out information.
We're way more than that, andyou know, just realizing that

(37:37):
you can outsource a lot of thosetasks to those machines now, so
our mind can evolve even more, and I think it actually allows
us an opportunity to go deeperinto dimensions that we weren't
able to go because our mindswere just so busy processing all
of this information andanalyzing.

(37:58):
So if you can just outsourcethat task, you're actually able
to release your mind from thoseeveryday tasks and focus on the
next evolution and what that'sgoing to look like.
And this is what brings us toquantum physics and
consciousness, this new level ofconsciousness where we're able

(38:19):
to see different dimensions oftime and space, and that's what
excites me about AI.
This is really like ourassistant that again takes away
the burden of a lot of this busylife that we've created to
ourselves.
So the busy life can beoutsourced, actually, and it's

(38:44):
really incredible times if youallow it to right.
But you have to be open and youhave to allow it to do so and
then it can create magic for you.
And, on a practical level, Ican't wait to bring some of
those tools to our platform, toHealist, and share it with you,
especially some of the easiertools that can really really

(39:07):
make a big difference in youreveryday.
I can't share much yet, butit's coming and we're really
deep in analyzing and speccingout what that's going to look
like for HealLess.
So we'll be releasing some newexciting tools in the next, in
the coming months, and I justagain, I think I can't wait for

(39:30):
that new phase as well forHealLess.
And, like again, everything hasits space and time and it's
really amazing to see the timingof some of those new releases
that you know we've been a newAI advancements that are
happening literally every month, and how we are now able to
evolve with them, because we hadthis opportunity to build a

(39:52):
foundation, to build a basis nowto start truly innovating and
showing you the way how some ofthose tools can truly, truly
make your life easier and haveyou focus on what you do best,
which is healing.
So, without my friends, I wouldlove to wrap this celebratory

(40:18):
two-year episode that again, thank you for listening and
thank you for creating the spacefor me to share my thoughts, my
insights.
I have lots of love andgratitude for all of you,
especially those who listened upuntil this point.
Thanks again for holding spaceand I cannot wait to continue

(40:42):
with some other amazing speakersin the coming weeks and months.
Thank you.
