Jonathan Lodge is a man who knows many of the edible delights found in nature. He reaches back to a time when people lived off the land and educates as he explores the types of food they consumed.
Today we talk foraging, hunting, and history. We dive into his favorite meat from the woods and I bet it will surprise you as much as it did me. Jonathan teaches us some history of conservation and how our forefathers have passed it on and our responsibility as hunters and conservationists today. He even teaches us some long-forgotten tips to hunt one of the most elusive animals in the woods today.
