Brandon Lilly grew up in a small Kentucky town in the heart of the Appalachia mountains.
Ranked as one of the strongest powerlifters of all time, and as one the strongest guys walking the planet, he set world-class totals breaking records in multiple weight classes.
But he does more than just pick up heavy things and put them down. As a coach, Brandon has worked with more than just powerlifters. He has worked with countless individuals to become better and stronger. He has also worked with college and professional football teams as well as Navy Seal teams.
Through his hard work as a lifter and coach, he created waves and changed powerlifting.
He is the author of "The Cube Method", and "365STRONG"
Currently, he works with Sorinex Exercise Equipment and hosts the Be Legendary podcast where he interviews and highlights individuals that pursue excellence in their lives through strength.
