Well, today I thought that I'mgoing to chat to you about
attention.
Chat to you about attention.

Attention is such an interestingphenomenon because we, as
humans, have this mind.
That is an amazing tool.
It can take us anywhere, it canthink so much at the same time
and it also can really take ourattention from that reality,

from the moment where we're at,in the moment, and take it far
away from that moment.
So you probably know all wellthat a lot of time your mind
taking you behind, taking you inyour past, in all of these

(01:38):
happenings, in all of thesesituations where you keep
overthinking, you keepoveranalyzing, even that past
happened five or ten years ago.
Can you imagine that energy,that resource that you have for

(02:05):
creating your life now, in themoment, you're spending to dwell
and analyze what's happening inthe past?
This is really silly.
Well, I mean, you know, themind is a tool that we actually
can reprogram, we can retrain it, and that's what I'm trying to

(02:29):
tell you here is that when welose attention because our mind
is taking us in the past 5, 10,15 years ago, or a year ago or
six months ago, it doesn'tmatter we're spending so much
energy, we're spending so muchof our internal resource of

(02:53):
creating in a moment that thatwe actually will be so great.
And not only we're looking anddwelling on the past.
We humans like to look in thefuture and instead of having

(03:14):
conscious, active, creative timeto create our future, what we
do, we project ourselves intothe future and we fantasize the
life that we would like.
Nothing to do with active,intentional, conscious creation,

(03:37):
because there are differencesbetween how you can consciously

(04:00):
and intentionally create usingthe art of manifestation and how
you can just lose yourself infantasy land and you just go in
the future and you just fly outthere without even caring about

(04:23):
spending your resources and timefor nothingness.
So attention, what does thatreally mean?
Attention to me, and how I feelit is that it's been present in

(04:46):
the moment, when we are here inthat moment, with all our
presence, with all the abilityto really deeply listen and
receive the other, or receivethe situation in reality, in the

(05:13):
moment, rather than fantasizingin the future or acting and
reacting how it was for us inthe past.
We're actually paying fullattention to that moment and it

(05:34):
is very powerful when we do thatJust being present with another
or being present with yourself,or being present in the middle
of situation, without going inthe past or in the future you

(05:56):
actually can affect andinfluence others in a very, very
profound way.
So today I want to share withyou a very profound and short
technique that can help you tohave your attention in the

(06:22):
moment, to help you to be in themoment now and really feel
yourself.
And if you feel yourself, youfeel the other.
You also feel everything thathappens around you, because when
you present, yourmultidimensional anatomy is

(06:47):
receiving 360 degrees, all thereality that you are in.
And this is really a skill thateveryone needs to start to
learn, especially when we leadin people, when we are leaders,

(07:12):
when we are in the communitysettings, when we are in a group
of people or even in our family.
How often, out of being so busy,out of just being restless,
trying to get everything donefor family and run to earn money

(07:40):
and provide for the family.
We don't even feel ourselves,we don't even stop in the moment
.
How can we expect our childrento feel us or to be connected to
us if we're not connected toourselves in a moment?

(08:03):
So I really invite you to startto practice this little
technique that can help you in amoment to get yourself into the
center and be in full attentionin a moment, in that reality of

(08:27):
your moment, in your life.
That can help you to be sopresent that you can actually
experience your life in a muchmore profound and vital way.
So imagine, just close your eyesand imagine the third eye and

(08:50):
the laser line going behind ofyour third eye into eternity.
You don't even know where itends because it's not, it never
ends and that laser line go inthe front of you into eternity.
It never ends.
So you are as a dot on thatline and you are present right

(09:21):
on that laser line in the moment.
Now Just imagine that and seehow your laser line and the line
of your life is so vibrant.
It vibrates, it pulsates inlife, past and future, and you

(09:43):
are the creator of this life.
Possibly in the past there wassome kind of influence of
parents and all the other peopleand you diverted from your life
line.
But you are now here.
You forgive yourself and othersfrom your life line, but you
are now here.
You forgive yourself and others, forgive this, the everything

(10:07):
that was happening in the pastand up until that moment, and
you just say and repeat after meI'm grateful, I'm grateful for
what I was experiencing in thepast, what I was going through

(10:28):
in the past, because it took meinto this right moment so that I
can breathe, I can live, I cando right now, in the moment,
whatever the life pulse is goingthrough me.

(10:49):
Now close your eyes and imagineyour future, intentionally and
consciously.
Be yourself a year from now.
What are you doing?
Whom are you surrounded by?

(11:10):
How do you feel Then?
Imagine yourself a year fromnow.
What, this time, are you doing?
Whom are you surrounded now andwhere are you at, and what are

(11:31):
you creating one year from now,two years from now, three years
from now, three years from fiveyears and 10, I can tell you
that I can see myself 50 yearsin advance in future.
I know exactly what I'm goingto do, who I'm going to be, whom

(11:54):
I'm going to be surrounded byand what I'm going to be in this
life and next life.
I can see myself clearly, soplease practice this little

(12:15):
exercise and technique.
The more often you do it, thebetter you will be training
yourself and your mind not to goback and dwell on the problems
and, whatever happens, it'salready passed.
You said thank you, you said I'mgrateful for it and it.

(12:36):
Just let go of the past andconsciously and intentionally
look in the future from the eyesof what you would like to be
and repeat after myself.
I see, I hear and I feel that Iam confidently talking on a big

(12:57):
stage.
That's what I want to do andthat's what I want to share with
everyone that we are sopowerful that we are divine
creators of our own lives andthat we are the best expression
of this divine force.

You are present in a moment andthat is already healing, and
