Hello, welcome.
You are on the Heart of Successshow and I'm your host, larisa
Vakulina.
Go live every Wednesday at 2 pm.
South Australian time zone.
Principles, differentexperiences and tips and tools
(00:26):
so that you can develop more ofyour personal awareness of
yourself and also the awarenessof the social happen
consciousness a little bit, tothe level where you start to
(00:49):
understand the nature of things, the nature of what's happening.
Today I decided to touch on avery, very interesting topic
because it's such a confusionhappening, such a trembling,
that inner sense of instability, the inner fear, the inner
(01:16):
anxiety, that bubbling in eachand every one of us right now,
because we don't know the natureof things that are happening
around us.
All the structures collapsing, everything is kind of tearing
into little pieces there, firm, stable institutions, big
(01:49):
companies that have functionedfor a number of years, like 30,
35, 40 years.
They are closing doors and wejust feel it is in the air that
we kind of don't know what is inthe future.
We cannot perceive and have thevision of where are we all
(02:13):
going, where are we all heading, because unprecedentedly strange
things happening around us.
Strange things happening aroundus.
But today I wanted to share someof my contemplation on the
topic of how the leadershipright now in our reality, in our
(02:38):
modern life, is playing out,and I've found that there is, of
course, a lot of differentleadership styles, but to me,
the two major and main categorythat I found and observed are
(03:01):
spiritual leaders and trainedleaders.
Are spiritual leaders andtrained leaders?
So I mean trained leaders meanconventional, conservative view
on the leader that basicallyacquired a lot of knowledge and
(03:25):
a lot of knowledge from theinstitutions about leadership
styles and strategies and all ofthe way that how these leaders
can lead, and this type ofleaders.
They have this really great setof the personal traits and also
(03:50):
the formal knowledge andeducation and all of the
supportive guidances that aredeveloped through the societal
lens of performance,productivity, efficiency,
(04:13):
competition and competitiveadvantage.
So this is the leaders that areso skilled in terms of tweaking
the systems and transformingthe impulses of creativity into
(04:34):
something that doesn't reallyhave that alive sparkle.
It is more of almost theleaders that have a lot of
strengths.
They have ambition, they havethis confidence, they have the
presence that make other peoplefollow them because they feel
(05:00):
this strength in them.
They feel this strength in them, they feel this confidence,
they feel this level ofknowledge where followers think
that this leader knows betterthat this leader have an
above-average expertise incertain areas, and the followers
(05:24):
kind of follow these leadersalmost from the place of I'm not
saying fear, but from the placeof not being enough by
themselves and from the place oftaking benefit of being led by
(05:48):
this person, by this leader, because the leader has its own
intention to benefit fromleading the company or
production line or whatever, andthe followers also have
intention to be under thatleadership and have some
benefits of being led.
(06:11):
When we look at spiritual leaderhere, which I am observing
right now, that these leadersare popping up not so many of
them yet, but they are startedto be, they started to be seen,
(06:34):
they started to be known, theystarted to be showing a
different type of leadership.
So in our society, for somereason, when we tell or speak
the word spirituality orsomething is spiritual, we
(06:55):
perceive something like awoo-woo thing, like people don't
really connect to this wordspiritual.
It's type of something that wedon't know.
We have that separatedperception of spirituality.
It's something up there that wecannot obtain and experience
(07:20):
and feel and this is a big, bigdiversion, it's a big trap, it's
a big mistake, becausespirituality is actually real.
It is the reality.
That implies a lot ofresponsibility.
(07:42):
So for me, spirituality meanstotal, full responsibility for
everything that comes into yourlife, everything that you create
, and spiritual leaders are theones that have that.
They know the differencebetween unconscious acts and
(08:09):
thoughts and feelings, andconscious creation and conscious
creation.
They know this gap betweenbeing unconscious and being
consciously active, and this gapis called awareness.
So these leaders are awareleaders that they notice within
(08:36):
themselves what's happeningwithin themselves, but most of
what they notice and have theunderstanding of, yes, they have
knowledge, but mostly they havethat inner, personal
understanding of that there ismuch more within us.
(08:58):
There's a big, big, hugepotential within ourselves, and
these leaders are the ones thatnot only can feel their own
potential, but they also can seegreat, unlimited potential in
the others.
Well, this is, this is the twobig differences between
(09:23):
spiritual leader and the trainedleader.
So the spiritual leader is not, that is leading from the place
of limitation.
This leader is just so certainthat there is always a solution.
(09:45):
There is always solutionoutside of the trained skills,
outside of the strategies, outside of the systems that we
learn externally.
This leader knows that he orshe possesses this power of
(10:08):
seeing himself or herself as adivine creator.
As a divine creator and also,if he or she does that, perceive
themselves in that light.
They also automaticallyperceive others in the same
light.
So these leaders see and theywould like to help others to
(10:32):
reach the full potential, notbecause they want to have
benefit from these followers, but because they serve.
There is a difference betweendoing the job and serving.
And serving means that when wego into the space of true
(10:56):
serving, we feel the impulse ofdivine creativity in us.
We follow that impulse, weallow the feelings to guide us
through the situations.
It helps us to navigate notonly our own lives as leaders,
(11:19):
but also you can see and feeland perceive the other as a
divine creator and you want tohelp that person to express that
and reach that full potentialfor the benefit of the whole
project, for the wholecollective result that this
(11:46):
leader is taking people towards, that common outcome that will
benefit the whole.
So I would like you tocontemplate on what I just said
(12:07):
and kind of sit with thisinformation and just maybe have
a few minutes within yourselfand see where that leadership
quality sits in you, where yourown personal leadership within
(12:28):
your own family, within your owncircle of relatives and friends
, how your personal leadershipis planned and from what place
it plays, and are you willing toconsider and perceive others as
(12:50):
friends, the unique expressionof this divine plan?
Are you willing to support thatwhich is in the level and the
space of the unity, united, collaborative and supported
environment, rather than justfollowing the formal KPIs
(13:20):
criterias and ignoring thatlight and unique expression,
because everyone and each of usare unique expression of that
divine plan?
I would like to ask your opinionabout the leadership and what's
(13:43):
happening right now in ourcountries and in our world, that
we see all sorts of leadership.
We see all sorts of leadershipand at the highest level we
(14:18):
observe started to be popping upeverywhere, developing and
growing and building companiesfrom that soul space, from that
spirit, the human spirit thatwe've been experiencing been
(14:38):
suppressed for so long.
So, spiritual leader versustrained leader or the ambitious
leader and I'm not saying thatspiritual leader cannot be
ambitious, but this ambition inthat lead leader is is humble
(15:00):
and it stems from that differentspace within themselves.
It stems from that um, thatintention of giving the hand to
the follower to lift them up andfrom the view and from the
(15:22):
point of view that leader seesthe light in the follower to do
the greater job, to achieve thepotential to be seen also as a
leader within themselves andalso spiritual.
Leaders are not the ones whoknows everything.
(15:45):
They have great knowledge, butthey also have personal
experiences that they'reimplementing and they're
blending the knowledge with thesense of that emotional and
spiritual intelligence that aremelted together in that very
(16:09):
wisdomed and very grounded andvery responsible and very
responsive way of leading people.
So, thank you so much.
