It can be easy to get caught up in doing everything perfectly and right from the start, but remember that change takes time, practice & failure. Just remember to try, to start, to start again, trust that this new world needs you. Ask your spirit guides for confirmations and assistance. You are exactly where you need to be right now!

꩜ Mothering journey throughout the episode, the evolution of growing as a Mother and making different choices with each birth.
꩜ Mali begins with sharing about her own birth story from her mother who planned to have a home birth but wound up having an unwanted C section.
꩜ This of course shaped Mali’s relationship with & expectations of birthing her own children. At first assuming she would have a C section herself due to her “small hips.”
꩜ As you listen you will hear how hearing stories from other women helped her to open to other possibilities eventually birthing her babies at home without medical providers.
꩜ Mali shares stories of misscarriage, abortion, nausea & vomiting in pregnancy, navigating circumcision with her Muslim husband, breaking free from people pleasing with family & medical workers and so much more!
