Cynthia Ingar was born and raised in Peru. She is a a Peruvian carrier & teacher of ancestral woman medicine & traditions. Cynthia is a medical Anthropologist (PhD), Birth Guardian/Doula, Pregnancy-Postpartum Guardian, women’s medicine/health educator, and mother of 2 boys and 1 girl birthed at home.
